Appalling
Appalling! I’m still waiting to receive my order. I have tried so many times to contact this company to no avail. I received no confirmation from them only the PayPal confirmation of payment. I’ve had no communication from them since the order was placed on 14 Jan ... but I have received 2 trust pilot requests to rate them so here it is! COVID & brexit are absolutely no excuse for a lack of communication. Where is my order?

Very pleased
Delivery took 10 days after payment, very pleased! Arrived well packaged, and in great condition! My only issue is I never received emails to confirm my purchase, or about delivery.

Terrible
Still waiting for item which was purchased 10 days ago. No confirmation of order received and item is still showing as processing. No response to my email asking when the item will be dispatched and the telephone is never answered unless you call making callers listen to your hold music answering the phone. Such a shame that I have experienced what many other reviewers have noted. Absolutely shocking service. It looks like I will have to make a claim via my bank for a purchase not received.

Great mannequin at a competitive price
Great mannequin at a competitive price. Extremely speedy delivery! Packaging was slightly damaged and a part of the mannequin was protruding but I am not concerned as there was no damage. Overall very happy !

Excellent
The two mannequins I ordered arrived this week. It took a little while, but it was holiday and pandemic time. They arrived undamaged, well packed in a strong box. I am very pleased with them. They seem strong and stand well. I can now use them to display my felted hats and scarves. Also, when I am finishing the hats, I can use them to stretch and shape the felt.
