Scammers. Read fine print!!

Bought a canvas a mth ago, and I received a very cheap print out, that a year old can print at home.

I think this place relies on being too much of hassle to return goods.

I put it straight from package to bin as that was only place it could go

This is another prime example of always read the fine print, and reviews of websites prior to ordering. Ordered some sunglasses with a stated ETA delivery seven days. Which was perfect to get them to me before I went on holiday. Now looking at the tracking details it seems this is not the case. Read through more of the small print so to speak, to see that some deliveries can take up to 40 days!!!!!

I’m sure his company provides quality products (I will update my review as soon as it arrives). But the flashy website is not at all informative, and if you read all the other reviews I’m not the only person complaining about the extremely unacceptable long long long long long long long long long delivery times.

Not a problem for those of you that aren’t in a rush I guess!

Disgusting practices by this scammer, he is working singularly from a flashy website. I ordered a massive canvas for Christmas just like in the photo on the website for 49.99 He then has very cleverly marketed a miniature version "framed" for the exact same price so you suspect I'll going. What turned up is a dolls house size version. PayPal have refused a refund because he can make up evidence making me look like I have made a mistake. The original large item framed would have been 169.99 which I would have never paid. So expect poor service , zero response , poor quality items that are not fit for purpose. I hope he reads this because he has ruined my sons Christmas gift.

Took me 12 Instagram messages all over their pictures for them
to finally respond and instead they basically told us to take a hike and blocked my account to prevent further communication rather than actually addressing what I said in the post! We bought a survival kit (£70) on 2nd October as a birthday gift. Having followed up multiple times without any explanation or refund other than wait for it to arrive (now 6 weeks) - birthday was on 1st November we have nothing. No compensation, no answer and no gift. Totally useless drop shipping from all over the world. Zero customer service, just out for the money - buy form elsewhere not worth the time or effort and you’ll only end up many quid lighter. Time wasters, money grabbers and scammers! Will remove this post if they remunerate us or replace the gift but I don’t hold out any hope given the shocking customer service so far! All the reviews below speak from themselves these guys need a career change!

Ordered 2 items in November for Christmas....one arrived in 2 weeks the other never arrived. When I asked them where the item was they could not not (or would not) tell me where it was right through to January, after I chased them multiple time, they still wouldn't tell me where the item was. They just kept referring to their stated tracking and delivery SLA's on their website....and not to worry it would arrive....

When I said I'd cancel the order and claim back from Paypal, they suggested that I was threatening them and I should have ordered from Amazon Prime......absolutely disgusting customer service.....

As a very happy Amazon Prime customer for many years., I'll take their advice and continue to use Amazon......I wouldn't order another thing from Mankave ever....stay well clear.....appalling customer service...
