Incredible team. Patient staff. I'm officially a life long customer now!!

Customer service has been top notch. Orders are delivered in a timely manner, and the one time I had an issue, they were awesome at making it right.

Let’s talk about the actual product. I love the ease of application and removal, and of course, they can be reused! The designs are spectacular, and vary widely to appeal to every style. My favorites are gilded edge, matte black and dark chrome. I heard rumor of matte maroon…. PLEASE bring those!!! Gay and straight guys both are into these…a rarity. Well done Talons!

The nails are amazing and I have got so many compliments on them. The best part of Talons is the amazing customer service. If you have and issues they work with you without any problem. I highly recommend getting these nails and expressing your true self.

Designed specifically for men, these look great. They are easy to use and have various sizes to ensure the right fit. The designs are varied with subtle looks and bold designs. Adds flare to your look.

I love how they are both fun and feel masculine! I'm excited to see what styles come out next. I'll be around to try the lot!

The nails come with adhesive already on them. This adhesive is not strong enough. It would be better if the adhesive strips came separately and were optional. It’s challenging to peel the adhesive strips off the nails so that I can just use nail glue instead. The nails stay on a lot better when I use my own glue. Additionally, for the cost, it would be much better if there were a greater quantity of nails in the package. The size range is sufficient. The sizes of the nails are great and I had no trouble finding the correct size for each finger. But I need greater quantities of each size. There should be at least four of each size. One for each hand. And one replacement for each hand. For how much I’m paying, this seems reasonable.

I can't say enough about the fantastic way I have been treated by the company. I love my Talons. I do suggest that you use super glue if you want to really get into them, which I do. Customer service is very important and it's nice to see a company that truly cares about their customers like you do.

I ordered a set of chrome talons as a last ditch effort to stop biting my nails. well let me tell ya.. best decision ever. I managed to kick a 30+ year habit in just a couple weeks! i did this as a tool but they’re honestly super fashionable and extremely durable and now i’m eyeing more sets. PLS BRING BACK TRIP MODE. i guess if i had one bad thing to say it would be about the adhesive tabs. could be that my nail beds are just in rough shape but they just don’t hold well. anyway, maybe we’ll see a talons branded nail glue in the future! call it ‘nail cement’ or something tuff lol Thanks again!

Wow! Excellent customer service! I had left a comment on the Talons Facebook regarding my purchase. Upset that my dark chrome nails had started chipping the first day. I immediately was contacted by customer service. Turns out, I actually ordered the set that is designed to chip away to expose the black underneath the chrome . So completely my fault. Had I actually read the description and looked at the other pics of the nails I would have realized it. I am super impressed with the customer service . The founder, Sasha, was very patient with me and has gone way above and to make sure I am happy (even though there was nothing wrong with the product I ordered). It's so rare to find a company these days that actually care about their individual customers instead of only focusing on customers as a whole. Bravo to Talons for providing excellent customer care .

I decided to take a chance on this set for the holidays, and I am absolutely blown away.

Waste of money, don’t bother with this product or company. Horrible customer service. Received my order which cost $40 for cheap plastic nails. Tried them out and within 30 minutes one broke, just regular wear at home. Wasn’t even at work doing things. Customer service is now arguing with me via email and refusing to refund.

**Update after reading Talons excuses- here is what the “Talons team” replied to me with in their original email after I asked for a refund…”Regarding the broken nail, that’s definitely not something we want you to experience.” They never said ANYTHING about trimming the nail. They offered to send me a replacement nail, however, their return policy states “We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. DON’T BELIEVE THEM, they lie and don’t stand behind their own policy! After several emails and getting nowhere, yes, I started posting reviews everywhere. They’ve now blocked me on social media (great company, huh), instead of taking care of a paying customer and offering the “100% customer satisfaction” as their company states. You can see by their response, they don’t truly care about their customers, just keeping the money. I will continue to post reviews everywhere everywhere I can, including under pseudo names that aren’t blocked.

FINAL UPDATE: Talons has refunded my full purchase. I appreciate that they finally stood behind their policy. Good training opportunity for their staff who initially responded.

Great product fast shipping nice design

Very happy with the service and the product. I enjoy the uniqueness and the nails are constructed very well!

The nails are nice and fit great. The adhesive is very strong. The only downside is decals chip off quickly.

Saw these and was a little skeptical, but decided to try them out. I am very, very glad I did. The nails are legit. I ordered a replacement adhesive pack because I had a good feeling about them. I am so happy I did, because they really do last. It took a few tries for me to figure out which nail fit where, but it wasn't too hard for my first time using this nail style. The adhesive lasted a little longer than stated, stoked on that. I have applied them a few times and regularly use my hands throughout the day, and they have lasted well. A few nicks, but I was able to file them down to look good. The only problem I have now is waiting for them to restock so I can order more. Very satisfied and have recommended them to many others.

I tried the Cobalt set from Talons and they were amazing! The quality and design are top-notch, durable, stylish, and comfortable to wear. Finally, a brand that understands men can have bold, clean nail designs too. Highly recommend!

I had just recently started going to a salon to get my nails styled. I really enjoyed how they looked but, don’t enjoy the price tag and how quickly they either chipped or grew out. I stumbled on Talons scrolling through Facebook and ordered my first pair, Dark Comedy. I will never go back to having my nails done at a salon again! Talons are affordable, stylish, and easy to apply and reapply! What’s perfect for me is although I love how my nails looked when painted, there were just some days I wished they weren’t. Talons gives me the ability to choose how long I want them styled, and also the ability to change my style for different occasions without dropping $100 buckets to have them done at a salon. I’ve ordered 5 more sets and love every single one. Every time I’m out with friends they comment how real they look and professionally done. I will never go back to a salon again.

Great product. I used cheap dollar store top coat on my metallic nails to prevent them from chipping. Highly reccomend. The talons team does a great job communicating attempting to solve any problems you may have.
