I’ve been coming to Mandala Wellness Spa for all sorts of different treatments for years and can truly say they are the best. I feel fantastic after each treatment and not to mention how clear and firm my skin feels afterwards. The facials are all performed by a professional beautician and I am always excited and eager to try a new one. Thank you so much.

This situation is not fair to my business.
At 8:11am, I asked if you could move your appointment from 12:00 to 12:20. You confirmed at 8:41am that you would come at 12:20. However, you arrived at 12:50. Whether your booking was at 12:00 or 12:20, you were still at least 30 minutes late.
You arrived late and did not take responsibility for the time lost. Instead of having the two treatments originally booked, you requested to have only one. I had reserved a two-hour slot for you and could have offered that time to two other clients.
You did not apologise for being late, although your husband did. He politely asked if he could have a 60-minute massage and said I could keep the deposit as it was his birthday. Later, he asked for 90 minutes. I agreed because I did not want to disappoint him.
When you left, you both said the treatment was very good and even complimented me. However, you later left a one-star review, which was very surprising.
From the moment you arrived, your attitude was rude. I always respect my clients’ time, and I expect the same respect in return. When a client arrives late, it affects the rest of my schedule and other customers’ bookings. Sometimes I have to adjust other appointments because of situations like this.
I value fairness and mutual respect. Unfortunately, in this case, I do not feel my time or my business was respected.

Pregnancy massage
I wanted to try and relieve tension and pain in my shoulders and back and the massage did exactly that.Im currently pregnant and the extra pressure on the body can cause more pain and this helped ease my pain.I will definitely be booking again

Neo was amazing
Neo was amazing. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and I felt so much better afterwards. I lost 1lb of water overnight! I will be back for more.

Hubby had a sports massage and to help…
Hubby had a sports massage and to help alleviate migraines. He had a 90 min massage. He will be pleased to find the benefits in a few days. He had a lot of tension in his muscles that needed sorted and this was done very professionally. Neo is very good at what she does, he will book again soon. Many thanks from Oliver

I booked a massage for 90 mins with Neo as I have been getting pain in my shoulders, neck and upper back. Neo was very professional and targeted all my problem areas. It was a very intense massage! It has been a few days and I am definitely feeling more flexible, pain and stress free. I would highly recommend. Hope to see you again soon Neo.

10/10 lymphatic massage. Therapist talked me through everything she was doing as she went. Thoroughly needed after chemotherapy treatment. Relaxing, except the armpits 😳😂..but brilliantly effective. Will definitely be back!
