Amazing experience, you can see that the trainer has a passion for teaching first aid. Taught extremely well and the trainer Jo was well up to speed with current national guidelines and the framework for first aid training. First class training in first aid level 3 covering both adult and paediatric first aid. A very positive and informative experience!

I have come away from my training with Jo feeling so much more confident and comfortable when faced with an emergency. The course was filled with interaction, I never felt at any time I was being talked at, which is so refreshing when training. I really enjoyed the first aid session with David yesterday. He made the morning very entertaining but also taught us some really useful life saving skills in a really engaging way. I now feel more confident about being able to perform CPR and using a defibrillator.

Great to gain knowledge and awareness of first aid in early years setting. Team building activities were good and well explained information on different aspects.
