I've had a lot of Mambo gear, mainly in the 90s- t's jumpers, watches, key rings etc. I know the company has gone through change and some bad times so my review is based on what I've recently bought- 2 t's 1 base ball cap. Cap was nice material and logo but the fit was awful- lop sided and ill fitting. Their response was it's a baggy fit, no, it was made wrong. 2 t's are ok but not worth £35. The print is sketchy, the material is what you expect on a low to mid range garment circa £15-£20. Delivery is slow but it does state that on the website. Return of the cap was free, refund took a couple of weeks. Mambo are farming the garments out to whom ever can provide the most economically justifiable make and print costs. Evident from the non descript labels where it used to be Mambo labels. This doesn't bode well for the brand, I sincerely hope they can pull it around. For reference I stil have my Mambo Dog Face t by Reg Mombassa I bought in 1991-2 which was amazing quality all round.

MAMBO company is reliable, great costumer service. I bought a t shirt and it is very well made ,perfect colours, soft , I am thinking to buy another one . Thank you !!

Clearly you have got a new manufacturer since I last purchased. The sizes are bigger and hang like old t shirts and not wet suit tops.

Congratulations, at last Mambo clothing is back to the standard of the origional range.
Accurate sizes, good quality fabric and proper printed logos and graphics.

Easy to get info on web site - gear was as per description - delivery good given that it came from the other side of the world

The poster is blurry, not high resolution print

Difficult one here, ordered 2 t-shirts from mambo- 8 days ago and paid Royal mail 48hr delivery costs - tried to track delivery status through the Shop app - didn't work.
Sent multiple emails through website function and directly, no reply to acknowledge receipt of my enquiry.
Hard to rate anything better than poor.
If delivery is going to be very slow then be very clear to customers on the website (eg 2 weeks delivery time is standard) so an informed decision can be made before buying.

Poster quality was terrible all pixelated, literally a scan of a poster or an image scaled up from the web. When I reached out to them for a refund I didn't hear back. It's not legit Mambo

I ordered 3 items, 2 were fab, but one had a big black stain on it.

I wanted a replacement as the item is nice, but after a week of trying to contact them to arrange a return I have given up.

A shame because the products are generally solid, but zero answer of 5 emails is really poor.

Cue a patronising reply from the company - but a poor effort guys whatever attempted witty retort you propose.

Shipping took a little while from UK to CH but didn't need it quickly. Otherwise all as expected. Sizing is true.

Very good quality and postage and delivery was good. Although, comparative brands such as quicksilver and billabong are a fair bit cheaper. But, then again, it’s good to still have mambo on the scene.

I had some great Mambo design's from back in the early 90's maybe be even 80's.
Could you please do some old classic releases for old farts like me.

I mainly appreciate the quality and originality of the products.
I am looking forward to other varieties of products, for example underwear, socks, jackets...
In any case, I am delighted to be part of the Mambo team.
