Website option for delivery: Fast Home Delivery. This was a lie.

After several attempts to make contact with the company and chase them for a delivery date they informed me I have to collect the item myself from a locker nowhere near my home address or even in the same area.

Certainly my worst online experience!?
1 Month to solve the issue of an undelivered order/delivery service canceled by the carrier!?
Time line:
Placed the order online, and just over a week later the carrier canceled the delivery (I don't know why!?).
Another 2 weeks and a dozen emails to find a solution - refund or resend with shipping costs (first it was free shipping!).
I decide for the refund. Week later, I have to send email alerting the missing refund amount and only than I received the value!?

Don't believe everything you see none of the weed pictures is as the same as what you'll get, from 1-10 I give 4..the weed is smokeable but a bit of mould the weed felt damp and it tasted awful I'm very disappointed. It's false advertisment blueberry really bad weed and purple haze smells a bit decent but when you smoke it it tastes awful. I don't think so I will order again !!
