No Best CBD I’ve ever had the privilege of trying . I’ve tried a lot of shops in Europe and Ireland and Mama Kana is by far the best . CBD flowers were high grade and taste and quality was like the real thing . My favourite was sour diesel unreal taste really nice buds . Can’t wait to try more products 5 stars from me . Amazing products/brutal delivery!
Product is excellent and they have special offers constantly which is brilliant. -2 stars as unfortunately the delivery is brutal. When ordering they give estimated dates for delivery but these are always off by 1-2 weeks for Ireland. I placed a new order on the 30th of December and it has still not been dispatched. Delivery dates given was 2nd - 5th of January. Will be at least another 2 weeks before it arrives. I would recommend ordering a month in advance of running out of your product. I now have to source alternatives while I wait. I understand it is the christmas period but this happens with every order.
The replied to my email yesterday and said it will be sent today. It is now the following day and still not sent. This has been the message on the tracking since 31st of December. "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." It is extremely disappointing as the products are great but doubt I will be ordering again due to this.

You are absolutely right to demand that the shipping status match the information you were given, and the tracking should not remain stuck for days with the message "Data entered but not yet handed over to the carrier."
This status usually means that the shipping label has been created and the package prepared, but the handover scan by GLS has not taken place (or has not been updated correctly) upon pickup. During the Christmas and New Year period, this issue can unfortunately occur more frequently due to reduced collections and increased service congestion. We fully understand that, for you, the impact is the same: you are left waiting without reliable information.
If you provide your order number to customer service (and if you haven't already done so), we will automatically link it to your file and provide you with a precise update as soon as we receive confirmation from GLS/the carrier.

I had a very good experience with mama kana. I accidentally made 2 orders, where I emailed them after noticing the mistake. They promptly corrected the orders and got a quick refund. Got a 20% CBD and have been enjoying it very much since then. It's nice and strong, and I feel very related since started using it. Highly recommend the shop!

Good quality but always a few days too late
Good quality and much choice. Only the delivery can be a lot better. If i order it says (for example) delivery 28nov. And its at least 3 days overdue with no specific information. And thats everytime i order no matter who delivers so - 1 star for that. Cant stand that my order is 5 days on the road from paris what litterly is only a 3 hours drive.
Besides that the best and easiest to order quality cbd products etc.

Reliable respectable costumer service. Tasty Flowers!
I made my second order a few weeks ago. Most flowers were out of stock so I had very limited choice, I guess it was because of halloween promotions.
I ordered 2 sorts of flowers, some king hassan hash and some ice rock.
One of the flowers I ordered was missing when I opened the package. After a few e-mails exchanged with the costumer service they sent me the missing flowers. It was a very small quantity (5g) and they lost money with the package costs but it left me happy because I understood this team owns their mistakes and does it's best to keep costumers satisfied.
The flowers are very much to my liking, tasty and relaxing effect. The hash has mediocre taste and I wouldn't recommend unless you are a big fan. The Ice rock is a nice add-on if you want to increase the potency and have a stronger relaxing effect and I found it gives quite a nice taste. Very good for days where I feel more anxiety and really need some stronger stuff to relax.
Overall I am very satisfied with their service. I would give a 4,5 stars rating if I could. I am looking forward to browse the flowers again and make my next order.

Scam or human error? Special offer buy one get one free. Sounds good, right? It's just Regular price is 7.45; Special price for Buy 1 get 1 free is 14.90.
Update: Yes of course I haven't made an order, because your offer is scam. Again, if regular price for product is 7,45. Offer is Buy 1 get 1 free. Then it should be 2 items for 7.45, right? I put into basket 1 item, pay 7.45 and receive 2. Correct?
Now I put into basket 1 item and must pay 14.90.
So how if this correct?

Ordered a substantial variety of flower, concentrates and hash in order to test out the offerings and get a feel for doing business longer term with Mama Kana.
Parcel arrived today, well packaged with all customs declaration and paperwork in less than 1 week from order.
Visual inspection it all looks great and the full order is there plus a bonus 25g of flower and a packet of skins.
Just tried the hawaian popcorn flower and its nice and strong enough for flower without any ridiculous claims of double digit CBD. Also tried the mousseux hash and what a lovely experience.
