The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. You can only email and they only reply after midnight. A part came that was faulty and after over a week of emails they finally sent a new one. Almost three weeks later I received the part. Not to mention when I did call the support line the lady acted like she couldn’t care less and I should know that emailing is the only way I could get a new part.

Overall very happy with the B52
Overall very happy with the B52. I wish it was a little taller for the pull ups but we can make it work. The quality is good and pieces all went together well. Customer service takes about a day but they did respond to every questions.

This machine is amazing
This machine is amazing. Amazing! I put it together, it looks great, it's sturdy, it does everything, and for the things it doesn't do, i can get attachments! Honestly it's awesome. My only complaint is that I got a ton of boxes to put this together and I thought I was going to open the boxes in order. But that wasn't the case. I had to pull a part out of box one and put it with a part from box 4 then bolt it together with hardware in box 3. It was random. I wasn't missing anything but I had to search and I didn't expect that. Other than that, it's a great machine.

Overall great rack
Overall great rack, weights, and barbell. Only thing that I’ve been having issue with is the lubricant of the rods. Followed the recommended steps. I still have issues every now and then.

Missing parts, long wait
Purchased a piece of equipment, it did not come with all the proper materials, having to wait weeks in order to get replacement parts. Equipment is nice, customer service is nice. Logistics needs some work. 3 months since ordering the machine and can’t use it.

Very disappointed with the seat.
One part of the order shipped right away. The other I had to call about. She said it was on back order but then it shipped the next day. The dates kept changing for the delivery. I think FedEx forgot to unload one box because even though the order said complete another box appeared at my door 2 days later. The stacked weights and the aluminum pulleys 10/10 and exactly what I wanted. The lat pull down ext 6/10. I feel to get the full extension the seat still needs to be low and the pulley is in an awkward position (with the lat pull down seat I bought) so I can use the full length of the extender cable. The seat honestly I wish I could return. To use it as a leg extension you need to move it so high it is almost comical. I need a stool to hop on. Otherwise the chain clicks on the bottom and pops up the side at the top of the movement. 2/10. Everything is made with good materials just poorly designed.

Had issues will order details. I contacted them in under 12 hours in order to rectify the issue. They essentially ignored me and stated multiple time it was my fault and my problem. They did nothing to help at all. Customer service is absolutely worthless and should be fired.

Crazy smooth
Machine is great so far. The installation was simple, metal seems pretty sturdy. I expected the cables to have a little resistance but it's crazy smooth. The wife absolutely loves it. Looking to add to it with more attachments and weights.
