Missing the Mark with Missed Opportunities;
I ordered the B17 and it arrived sooner than expected. This was the highlight of my experience. The delivery had to be rescheduled due to the shipper's miscommunication of the delivery date. I scheduled another date to be home and accepted delivery. Out of the Box began work and found a hole was not drilled in Part S. I addressed this with Customer Service. A new part was sent, but it was Part T, the incorrect part. Customer Service corrected their error and sent the correct part. I attempted to reschedule assembly and did not receive an answer from Out of the Box. Out of the Box' website indicated the company was not longer completing assembly for Major Fitness' past orders. I contacted Customer Service and they promised a refund for the assembly service, which remains to be received. This is a good product, but deficient quality assurance, missed opportunities by Customer Service, and a failure to fulfill the assembly commitment soured this experience with Major Fitness.

Delivery was sooner than expected. Assembly is long and tedious but you provide clear instructions that are easy to follow. I am very pleased with my B17 Heritage Flying Fortress is amazing. I love it! The quality and build is at the level of a commercial piece of equipment.

Great all around
Starting off, the website is super easy to navigate and very clear on what you do and don’t get. Delivery was fast and everything came perfectly. Putting the rack together was surprisingly easy. My husband and I had it fully together in two and a half hours. Functionality of it is perfect. It’s a great home gym setup.

This thing is LEGIT!!
The package came in a timely manner. All of the boxes were in great condition. Unpacking and assembly was straight forward. I'm glad that I upgraded to aluminum pulleys. The operation is very smooth; much better than expected! Everything is very sturdy. Best home gym equipment I've ever owned. Zero complaints.

Delivery has been a nightmare
Delivery has been a nightmare, delayed and then lost plates for the F22 Pro. Missing plates for the stack when they did arrive. We’re about a month after ordering so far and still haven’t received everything yet.

Worth the buy. Buy once cry once.
My overall experience has been absolutely fantastic. Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. There was one missing bolt they sent an extra when I called and asked about it. Gym equipment is great and solid condition. Worth its salt. The cables glide a little sticky at times but not often. Plenty of attachments to purchase and add to it as well. My two biggest complaints are. 1. I asked to ship UPS. They shipped FedEx. 2. Their accessories like handles for the cables the lat pull down bar the biceps and triceps bar. Cheap and plastic like of they came from the dollar store they could have done better on there. At the end of the day we would purchase this again.
