I purchased the Major Fitness B52 Pro All-In-One Home Gym Smith Machine (EVO / Tactical Black) under Order #103821. I built the machine this past Sunday and immediately discovered multiple parts were missing from the shipment — most critically, the entire right-side safety bar. Not a small piece. The entire safety bar. I was also missing the landmine attachment bolt and 3 washers.
I paid $3,049.50 for this machine and it arrived incomplete and unsafe to use. The missing safety bar is not just an inconvenience — it is a genuine safety hazard that has made the machine unusable in its intended capacity.
I contacted their support team right away and was told the parts would be shipped “as soon as possible.” I just called today for an update and was told the safety bar might not even arrive until July 7th. So I built a $3,000 machine less than a week ago and I still can’t safely use it — with no urgency whatsoever from their end.
Do not let their polite apology emails fool you. They respond quickly but move slowly. If anything is missing from your order, expect to wait with no real resolution in sight. Absolutely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Didn’t send me a piece of the machine. Have been over a month without the piece and every time I call or email, they send me the wrong piece. They out source customer service to a foreign country and the employees don’t understand what I am asking for

Everything was very high-quality. I was missing a couple parts due to mishandling from the carrier. Major fitness responded to my email immediately and overnighted the parts to me at no charge. Great company to deal with. Look forward to using these machines for many years.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience I have had with my recent Major Fitness purchase.
I invested a significant amount of money in your brand—approximately $9,000 or more—because I believed I was choosing a premium company that stands above its competitors in both product quality and customer experience. While I still believe your equipment is designed with a high level of quality, my experience with the support and fulfillment process has unfortunately not reflected that same standard.
My equipment was delivered some time ago, and installation was scheduled accordingly. However, the assembly could not be completed because one of the parts arrived defective. A replacement part was then sent, but the replacement itself has arrived missing several Rivnuts (threaded inserts) required for assembly.
As a result, the installer assigned to my project—who has been excellent, professional, and extremely helpful throughout this process—has still been unable to complete the installation due to circumstances entirely outside of his control. The delays have been caused by defective and incomplete parts, not by the installer.
At this point, I continue to have a significant investment sitting unusable in my garage, unable to train on equipment that I purchased specifically because of the reputation and premium image of the Major Fitness brand.
To resolve this matter, I would like Major Fitness to provide the correct replacement part, complete and ready for installation, so that the defective component can finally be replaced and the assembly completed without further delays.
In addition, considering the repeated issues, extended delays, multiple service visits, and the inconvenience caused by these quality-control and fulfillment errors, I believe it would be appropriate for Major Fitness to offer a store credit that I can use toward future purchases from your company as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but repeated quality-control and fulfillment issues have begun to make me question whether I made the right decision in choosing Major Fitness over other premium brands.
I genuinely appreciate your company and your products, which is precisely why this experience has been so disappointing. I believe that the level of customer service should match the level of investment your customers make in your brand.
I would appreciate a formal response outlining:
When the correct replacement part will be shipped.
How Major Fitness plans to ensure the installation can be completed promptly.
What compensation or store credit will be provided in recognition of the inconvenience caused by these ongoing issues.
I look forward to your prompt response and to resolving this matter in a way that reflects the premium standards Major Fitness promotes.

The B52 pro is made for shorter people. If your over 5'5" consider a different brand or at least know that going in. The quality is OK considering it's not American made.
Do your research before spending a lot of money.

For being such a large shipment, it came quick and undamaged. The unit itself is incredible. Everything I have been missing from my work outs I have been able to achieve with the b52. It has been worth every cent! If you're looking to bring your training sessions to the next level then the b52 is the way to go! Stop procrastinating and get your purchase in!
