Purchased a double mattress £159, site said "free worldwide delivery on orders over £120". Got a telephone call at 8.30pm the day after purchase from a man with a strong Indian accent saying they could not deliver to Northern Ireland. I reminded him of what it stated on his website and he denied all knowledge of this. I then asked for a refund which he agreed to organise. Been phoning, emailing and texting but the seller is useless. Says he doesn't know how to refund me and then the excuses started. He'd ask his son to help, he'd refund me via PayPal but I paid with card. He continually wants my BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS! Going to get in touch with my bank and the police. This company needs shut down!
