Ordered the bed through Facebook on Wednesday it was delivered on Saturday as arranged. No upfront cost when ordering the bed, it was cash on delivery, Which is reassuring when ordering off Facebook so you can see the product for what it is before you pay. Bed is very luxury looking, strong and sturdy. Well worth the money. Really happy with the bed and service as they also assembled it for me. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to friends and family.

DISGRACEFUL! Ordered bed Tuesday they confirmed delivery Friday. Wednesday they messaged to confirm the order and again confirmed delivery friday.
Sat in all day friday.
Messaged lunch time to confirm the delivery got no reply. ! Tried again later afternoon nothing back ! 7pm friday night they message to tell me the dont delivery to my area!!!
I had disposed of my old bed and sat in all day.....I DO NOT recommend

So I went in Facebook where they quoted me a price for a lovely bed. I thought I’d check out the reviews, I went back on Facebook and someone asked if they had a review page, I commented to check trust pilot as it put me off ordering. I was then blocked. These clearly can’t be trusted and are a scam company.

the base and headboard colour is different,
The size is small double when I ordered a regular double
Contacted them on Facebook and what’s app but no response
So not happy as paid a lot of money for it.

Bed was delivered promptly on planned date and time. Friendly and professional.

Fast delivery,helpful delivery driver. All parts were with the bed. Easy to assemble. Finished bed looks amazing. Would highly recommend. Thank you

We bought beds from here really nice made as we wanted them and we got wat we were shown and they were delivered on time as told. Excellent service

Do not buy from this company. They were very responsive and customer service was fantastic until after my bed was delivered when I discovered my daughters bed was damaged and mine was missing the foot of the bed. I contacted them multiple times and I have been completely ignored and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve my issues and have ignored all communications. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from them

If i can give even less than a star, bunch of fraud people.
I ordered two beds and they delivered me both wrong beds i asked for exchange and a compensation and they have blocked me from facebook messenger from where I ordered. Left a comment on their Facebook page but they deleted it too. Worst worst worst customer service highly unprofessional.
