Incredible customer service on top of great quality products. I needed to change my order address and boom an email back straight away sorting this out for me. Makes ordering a pleasure.

Picked up a fabulous salt and pepper set to bring some colour to my dinning table. They were quick to dispatch and the support team was very helpful when I realised I accidentally only ordered the pepper grinder to start!

Will be looking to them for more homewares in the future.

Primarily, I would like to mention the expedient and exemplary character of this company - their customer service is top notch !! Not only did Jess respond immediately to my concern, which was not in any way associated with the quality of the product; yet, with shipment concerns that were out of their hands. Jess is amazing - !!!! She responded within twelve hours and at receiving my response, continued the thread without missing a beat — finally, a company with great integrity and trustworthiness… LOVE ❤️

I ordered a cutlery set in December 2025 to which I have still NOT received and it’s now FEBRUARY 2026 I have sent multiple emails asking for an update along with a refund as it’s been more than 30 DAYS since my original order to which they just keep telling me they are waiting for an update from the manufacturer? they attempted delivery in January to which they put incorrect paperwork and it wasn’t able to get through customs as they are knives, to this day I’m just being ignored by email with no refund and no product I believe this company are scam artists DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Awful customer service - avoid buying from here.

I purchased 2 bedding sets and a week and a half later 2 of the wrong bedding sets in the wrong size turned up in different deliveries. When I emailed, they asked me for photos with no apology at all. I then had to have multiple emails back and forth as they clearly hadn’t read what i’d written and now 15 days later i still only have the wrong bedding and no information as to when the right ones will arrive.

I shop from Italy, placed the order 2 days ago. Paid in euros. Ordered 2 pillow cases = 57.26€ + 17,95€ shipping to Italy via DHL.
I shop from UK all the time so I’m aware of the customs duties, although 99% of the sites I shop from have it included or calculated at check-out, so that a customer is aware of the costs.
I have just received the email from DHL that I have to pay customs duties, which I was expecting since the site thas clearly stated the duties were not included, but 42.26€?!?! The whole order is 75.51€, that is a +55%!!! I paid the pillow cases 57.26€, and I have to pay +42.26€ for duties?! THAT IS +73% the cost of the pillows.
This is just ridiculous. I’m feeling ripped off and will never shop again from Maison Flaneur, EVER

Maison Flaneur is I believe a small organization that excelles in fulfilling the most refined tastes and wishes of it’s clientele.

I have found on their site some of the most elegant and rare furnishings for my country home and more so at accessibile prices considering the quality of the end product.

I am extremely satisfied also by the care and special attention offered to every client.

The website is beautiful and the customer service was very responsive.

I had a query, sent an email and received a speedy response from what appeared to be a human being 😊

Postage and packing was quick and elevated.

Make an order over a month ago for two cake stands. Multiple follow ups initiated by me, multiple excuses issued by them, and no delivery.
I have used them before and bought many things. Sorry, you need to provide good service each and every time. I am out.

I had an issue with the delivery and contacted MF , they responded quickly and were very helpful in helping to solve the issue! I highly recommend Maison Flaneur for the quality of their products and their excellent and efficient communication!

very disappointing, there was zero information that my order was being shipped out of the UK , so my order was blocked in custums until i agreed to pay a supplementary amount of 30 euros as import duties....on a 100 euro purchase ....the gift to a family member became a very expensive one.....:(
