Gab from soho home was absolutely brilliant. She went out of her way to resolve an issue I had and had a wonderful telephone manner. I was dreading the admin call expecting I would get a ‘jobsworth’. Gab was the exact opposite of that. Great work soho home!

If you’re ever considering buying anything from this company — DON’T DO IT!!
Buy it somewhere else. There is no customer service. They don’t deliver what you purchase, yet they have no problem charging 73,000 DKK to your card. You’ll get no answers about where your order is or when it will be delivered.

Tiffany responded to my query within 10 minutes of the email being sent and resolved the issue! This was also outside of traditional working hours (9PM), so truthfully I wasn't expecting a response until the following day. Great experience!

Sad to say, our purchase from Soho Home has been a horrendous experience. They are completely unable to work with their delivery partner to achieve delivery successfully scheduled, despite the item being in stock. It's nearly two months now since our purchase. They were supposed to deliver this morning but we got a call during the delivery slot to say they didn't bring enough people to lift the unit, so that's another failed delivery. Just hopeless.
Over a week later they aren't even responding to attempts to contact or escalate. Complete inability from Soho Home to respond to the issue, to deal with the complaint, or to take any remedial action.
Strongly advise people not to buy from Soho Home. We are £2.5k down and no product in sight. Next step small claims court.

Sophie was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue we had with a warped mirror, and then a replacement that unfortunately arrived chipped. While the situation was frustrating for us, she handled it with care and made things right, which we truly appreciated.

Sophie ,Soho Home trade program provided truly exceptional customer service. I had an item arrive damaged/scratches and was dealing with some repair person appointed by Soho Home where they never showed up after making several appointments and finally I have to use our own repair guy to fix this.
Sophie handled everything with such professionalism and care. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and proactive in helping resolve the situation quickly.
What stood out the most was how patient and care she was throughout the process.and followed through until the case closed. she made sure I felt supported and confident that the issue would be taken care of. At the end she gave me a refund for the cost I had spent to have the furniture repaired. She is trully an exceptional customer service who care to her customer. I thank you Sophie for her going above and beyond and really enjoying dealing with her moving forward as our Company will continue purchasing from Soho Home

After having to send back a poorly made Carlisle unit a year ago, I thought I would give Soho Home another go by this time looking at beside tables. I went with a client to the Kings Road showroom and found sometime interesting. That was two weeks ago and I am still trying to get some clarity from the Trade Dept as to their actual Trade structure during their sale period. I called and left a message to Jess who has since to return my call. All that I have been told is that I can place the order via my account/portal. No real personal contact or explanation has been given to me. I have decided not to pursue this any further, stop waiting for a call and move on to better service providers.
