After a month of attempting to reach customer service about a missing order, I finally had to resort to social media to get them to respond. One item in my order never arrived and was shipped via USPS, so the tracking is garbage. Maisonette is refusing to refund me or reship the item saying that I need to seek reimbursement from USPS- but I am not the one who shipped using the post office. You can not speak with anyone at the company and they do not respond at all to the email address provided. I will never order from here again- and to be honest, the glowing reviews of. customer service HAVE to be fake.

I have not received my package yet, but I’m told it’s on its way. I did see an additional discount the following day and contacted the company and they applied the discount to my account. It was very simple and I greatly appreciate the Customer Service. Thank you.

The customer service is terrible. They ignored my emails about my inquiries and did not send me my tracking information, only a few days after I placed my order, and did not inform me that shipping was going to take close to 2-3 weeks! Very disappointed!

These "great customer service" reviews are 100% fake. Maisonette has no customer service, it has no phone number, it holds no products, it's a drop shipping website that doesn't respond even to it's own suppliers. I would be very careful about buying anything from them because if you have an issue you will not be able to contact them.
