I was greatly disappointed with the way…

I was greatly disappointed with the way my purchase was packaged and delivered. It was a gift for my niece’s baby shower and, since I could not attend in person, I wanted it to arrive as a thoughtful and well-presented gesture on my behalf.

Unfortunately, the package arrived in a very poor and unprofessional condition.
It did not resemble the description provided on your website, particularly regarding the gift packaging and inclusion of a gift message.

Instead of feeling confident and proud to have sent it, I felt embarrassed that this represented me at such a meaningful occasion.

This experience was far below the standard promised. It was unacceptable, and I expected much better quality and care given the cost and your reputation.

I brought the problem to your attention but you denied culpability saying that Petit Plume does not offer gift wrapping. That is NOT clear on YOUR website. I would not have bought the items had I known that.

Received wrong item and told to contact manufacturer

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I purchased the Abigail 3-in-1 Iron Mini Crib from Maisonette, but was sent an entirely different item—a changing table. To make matters worse, I’ve had great difficulty contacting customer service to resolve the issue. When I called the number I found online, I was told I needed to contact the manufacturer directly. This is completely unacceptable, as my order was placed with Maisonette, not the manufacturer.

I expect Maisonette to take responsibility for fulfilling and correcting customer orders without pushing the issue onto the manufacturer. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I hope to see it resolved promptly.

The item was received quickly and was as expected, but there was an issue with a defective component. Maisonette responded very quickly to resolve the issue, getting a replacement sent the next day. Very pleased!
