I bought a Breitling navitimer from mainspring which due to its vintage nature wasn’t quite the watch for me. Returned it with no drama or fuss. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. Great communication and hopefully be able to buy something from them in future.

I have been collecting, buying and selling wrist watches for some 40 years and in all that time I can honestly this is the best seller/retailer I have traded with and by some margin. Tristan is a real professional, very friendly and knowledge and even went to the trouble of replying to emails in the evening. Very highly recommended and an absolute pleasure to trade and purchase from. You really can not go wrong. Thank you guys and all the best for the future.

Initial phone and Email communications were always polite and patient and then at their office there was no hard sell, just well balanced and relevant information on the watches of interest to help me make my own decision.

I px'd a Breitling watch for their Breitling watch so quickly that it put other much larger watch companies to shame. Tristan's phone manner is instantly reassuring: he's knows his stuff and is a true watch geek! Just like me, I have to add.

My "new" Breitling is quite a cool looking piece and I'm sure I'll be wearing it a lot. I'm also looking forward to doing more business with these guys, highly recommended.

Tristan and Jay are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a Breitling Navitimer which when received had an issue with the slide rule bezel. When I reported the issue to Tristan after working hours on the day I received the watch, he was immediately in touch, offering advice, confirming a return was acceptable, and even covering the postage costs for the Royal Mail Special delivery.
I'm sure the vast majority of watch purchases will be successful with Tristan and Jay, this review is to provide confidence that in those rare scenarios where something doesn't work out, the Mainspring team will resolve any issues rapidly and effectively.

I have 6 very nice watches.. These guys went above and beyond to find a spare link for a bracelet strap I purchased from them a few months back.. After asking, the spare link was in the post the next day FOC..!!! If I ever need number 7 I will come to you first…!!!!! Thank you…!!!

Tristan really does know his trade and not only did I get a very good price on my Omega but he went the extra mile to give me very sage advice on my future purchase knowing full well he would not benefit from doing so. Met up with Tristan today , I was apprehensive about doing business via chrono hunter and leaving my pride and joy with someone is just met but all I can say is Tristan was the epitomy of professionalism and understood my concerns , he was happy to chat and put no pressure on me whatsoever , he was quick to assess my watch ( Tudor back bay s and g ) and funds via chrono hunter appeared in my account much earlier than expected , I cannot recommend Tristan highly enough and will make sure to tell my friends even if he does drive a BMW and doesn’t use the indicators
