Terrible

Terrible company — if they ever get hold of your email address, they’ll spam you with endless mailings. They aggressively push their services. Do not get involved with them under any circumstances.

Booked a 30-minute call to get help with DNS

Booked a 30-minute call to get help fixing my dmarc, dkim, and spf records for my company's dns records. Jan in support helped walk me through changing the records, and he stayed on the call to make sure the changes propagated and authenticated properly.

Jan was very helpful and pprofessional, and knew exactly what to do to get me up and running. I definitelly recommend using Jan at Mail Genius.

There are pros and cons to this...

Mail Genius is an awesome automated email recipient that analyses your DNS settings for the correct authentications. I have used it before and it helped a lot to identify some problems.

Why only 3 stars?

Well I tested our email again a few days ago and now Mail Genius now unironically sends you relentless amounts of spam afterwards.

Wrong results with no explanations

Mailgenius report our domain as blacklisted but it's not true. There is no way to understand why.

Hi Romain, the blacklist results are pulled straight from the blacklists themselves, so you should reach out to them if you believe you should not be listed.

Always getting a wrong result

All our clients on different servers at different hosters are getting the same error that their domains are blacklisted and that their IPs are blacklisted. I have about 5 times over the last months reported this bug to the different chat supporters, but they have never corrected this bug in their system. Basically, the different supporters cannot see the error, and we have proven over and over again that the domains nor the IPs are blacklisted. So now I believe that the site is a scam site that will first show a correct result when we contact them and pay for their time assisting with getting a better result. If I am wrong and they only have incredibly bad supporters on their chat, I will happily remove my review. Thank you :-)
