Super clear deliverability insights, all in one place

What I really like about GlockApps is how complete their tests are. Sending just one seed-list email gives you inbox placement across tons of providers, checks your authentication, points out risky links, and even shows how different spam filters see your message. Before this, I had to juggle a bunch of different tools to get the same info.

I also had some ongoing Gmail issues that I could never quite figure out. GlockApps finally showed me what was wrong, a small DMARC alignment problem we had totally missed. Once we fixed it, our deliverability became way more stable. Definitely recommend.

Gmail Inbox mystery solved!

Gmail Inbox mystery solved!
GlockApps is the best all-in-one tool that combines inbox placement and content analysis into one succinct dashboard. I love the ability to share reports with the entire marketing team. The reports are beautifully built with a modern interface and sensible colors, so I know exactly which content blocks to fix. After a comprehensive competitor analysis, I purchased GlockApps because I could predict if an email would land in the Gmail Inbox or Promotions folder based on its HTML weight (another nifty metric in GlockApps). The predictions were reliable when I compared them to email open rates of the actual send in my ESP.

Highly recommend as an independent test of deliverability

We have tried multiple apps and Glockapps has consistently given us the most reliable results. A great platform to use on a recurring basis to ensure the health of your domains from an independent platform, and to review trends compared to previous runs, down to the specific email hosting service. Highly recommend.

Paid for a service for a couple of months. Seemed ok but then down graded to the free plan only to find that i was still been billed. Spoke to customer service who said I had enabled it again. I was shown the logs that showed a API was enabling the service at the same time/ date each month. The person on chat didn't seem to understand the problem that I was on a free tier and being billed each month

Terrible Customer Service

We have been a customer for over two years. Our credit card was updated, but they didn't have the new one on file. Instead of contacting us to update the card, they suspended the service, compromising the security we had set up to protect our sending reputation—four days and moving into the weekend with no resolution.

Accuses customer to be a spammer

After searching online for a company dealing with DMARC reports, I found Glock Apps. Glock Apps advertised very attractive services for the free account so I decided to create an account to try it out.

However, right after I logged in, I was greeted with a huge banner filling my whole screen claiming that I was a spammer who created multiple accounts with their service. So, they took away all the free credits. The irony is that below this claim, they gave me 5% off for signing up any plan with a countdown timer of 30 minutes.

I was using a VPN but it is from a reputable company and I have not encountered any such issues with other websites before.

Why would any company or website allow a spammer to complete the account registration? Shouldn't the spammer be stopped at the registration page so that the spammer cannot wrack havoc inside the website if allowed into the registered page? What's worse is giving you a discount and asking you to buy their products after falsely accusing you to be a spammer.

If Glock Apps does not want to offer free services, just remove them. Don't use free services as click-bait, then take them away by using a false claim that the customer is a spammer.

Very bad experience when I have not even tried their services nor communicated with anyone. I have to say this is my worst experience I have ever experienced.

Hello Xaman,

We apologize for this inconvenience.

We have a security measure that detects if a person has created multiple accounts in order to receive unlimited free spam tests. It must have mistaken your VPN for an IP address that had already created a free account.

Your deliverability is our #1 priority and we strive to help thousands of our free users analyze & improve their email deliverability at no cost.

Our DMARC Analytics software gives all our users 10,000 Free DMARC reports every single month, so we’re confident that we can turn your experience around.

If anything like this ever occurs again, our friendly support team would be happy to assist you in fixing this issue.
