Our old Mailcoms franking machine started to fail.
Contacted them and was guided through all the option by Ash.
He gave very clear and good information about getting a replacement machine and also organising the install for us as quickly as possible.
Ash came and installed the machine very quickly and then gave us a demo on all the features.
Also thank you to Sara who dealt with all the admin side of the changeover.
A simply great and easy swap over, the new machine is also a good improvement on our previous machine. Can really recommend Mailcoms, great job.

We experiences a problems with our existing Mailcoms franking machine. On contacting them, Ash called back very quickly, and suggested a number of options to try to fix the problem.
When none of these worked, he arranged for our machine to be collected, and taken to Mailcoms to be fixed, despite being out of warranty. The communication from Ash was excellent, and he kept me informed of what he was doing and how that was progressing.
When the repairs were unsuccessful, he talked through the different options, and helped us get a new machine very quickly.
The support and communication from the whole team, but particularly Ash, was great and really impressive.
I would recommend Mailcoms.

We use Mailcoms for our franking and our old machine was running out of battery so the team organised a delivery of a new machine and collection of our old one - Ash, in particular, was a massive help with the set up of our new machine and organising collection of our old machine.

We had a problem with the franking machine printing labels, I rang the office for advice, they were extremely helpful over the phone, however, it did need a engineer to attend on site to look at the machine. Ash Macey the engineer who came was fantastic, really helpful, and got the franking machine up and running in no time, thank you for your ongoing help and support.

I had an urgent query regarding a Special Delivery last week and Helen came back to me with all the information I needed. She also set up a call with Ash to give me technical advice which was so helpful. So thank you to them both. I asked for TECHNICAL support from Mailcoms. Their technician DANIEL JONES rang. He was incredibly hostile and very unhelpful. Started shouting. suggesting it wasnt their problem. Wasnt prepared to help - i managed to get the help on you tube
