my favourite beer here in the UK for a number of years, over the last couple of weeks it hasn't always tasted the same and I noticed some of the bottles have changed. bad news is that they have changes brewery in the UK from Carlsberg to AB InBev - presumably the same recipe but how can it taste so different, what a shame.........
I like your beers and successfully placed one online order for delivery to my home address .
Since then it's all gone wrong:
- a second order placed on 1 July has not been delivered. On 10 July you promised to rectify, but failed to do so
- on 12 July I asked Customer Service why I could not use a coupon. They said it was not 'active in the store. I had to send them a screenshot proving it was.
