Terrible customer service

I think 1 star is too generous. This company is difficult to contact and when you eventually do take days to reply asking you for information you have already submitted. More than three weeks later than it should have arrived despite numerous ignored emails, I am told that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't (letterbox?) so was being returned to sender and when they received it if in good condition would refund my money. Still no refund or magazine. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't advise anybody to use this company.

Unwanted automatic renewal!

I ordered a years subscription to Gardeners world magazine for my partners birthday last April. I was horrified that Mags Direct renewed it this April and took money from my account without my authorisation. Beware of this company!

Slow and poor service

Yodel said item 'delivered' on a Friday, but not to my property or even my postcode. Unable to speak to Mags Direct over the weekend as they are not contactable.
Yodel finally supplied a picture of someone's front door some 4 days later, signifying delivery made to the wrong address.
Poor service, will not use again.

Not received, no order tracking

I received an order confirmation email and then nothing else. When I go to Order Tracking on your site it says the order is "Competed", but does not show when the order was shipped, or any way to track when it left the UK or entered the US. There's nothing to prove that this shipment existed at all and that this wasn't a total ripoff. Terrible customer experience.

Extra customs charge

Took 2.5 weeks to be delivered ! Have sent multiple email requests to customer service no reply ! To top it off on top of paying shipping I got a customs bill of €9 sent this to customer service and zero reply ! Won’t be ordering again !
