Ordered 10 weeks ago,was told it was dispatched 2 days after placing order ,4 weeks later was told it was still being manufactured,another 6 weeks & won’t reply to emails.I don’t know why the shop app continues to advertise products from poor sellers

I purchased several items without checking reviews on this company. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered in January and still haven't received all items in April. This company has poor quality products and terrible refund policy. The only way to return a product is at your expense. I was offered 30% discount on my next purchase. What?!? I'm not ordering from this scam company again.

First 3 items I received in January 2024 were great, although I did try to return one of them and they wanted to discount a substitute instead, which I allowed them to do-I did not care for the item so I donated it. Placed a second order November 2024 and it has been terrible since. I returned the items to China at my own expense after refusing a discounted refund two times. They received the items 12/10/2024 and I still have not received a refund. I inquired about this and they said "we have processed the full refund" and that was on 12/26/2024. Still have gotten nothing. If I do not receive it by this week, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge.
Items were awful, looked like the models were large boxes sitting on the floor and nothing had any feminine shape to it. Pictures were and are very misleading. I WILL NOT order from this company again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to do it either. It does not matter that they have pretty patterns etc. I have had to put in way to much time into returning the items and emailing inquiries about the refund. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!

This place gets zero stars. I ordered two blouses from them. The address was from a United States address. I did not like the quality or the look of the blouses. I asked to return them and was told I had to ship them back to China. I shipped them back on October 1, 2024. They are stating they still have not received my package. Postal tracking information says it arrived in Shanghai China on October 13, 2024. I have now opened an investigation with the United States post office. Do not buy from this company. You will never get your money back.

Purchased Christmas blouse that was advertised on FB. Sizing is for a small Chinese woman and the color was not red but rather a rust hue. Like others, was only offered a 30% credit for future purchases, unless return received back in China. This is a scam to retain small purchase amounts by making it difficult to return.

I went to extraordinary measures to get a return and did not receive it. This business is not a business. they should not even be online! i want my money back!

I ordered 3 tops this summer and liked them. I was a bit confused why they had no labels on them though. I recently ordered 3 lore tops, one I have never received and the two I did receive are wonky and cheap and don't even fit, again no labels. I asked for return/refund and all they will give me is 15% of my purchase price or I can ship to China for full refund. I feel totally scammed.

They should get 0 stars. I ordered size small...the blouses arrived and were HUGE! I could fit five of me in one. I'm responsible for shipping back to them..and once they receive the return they will decide if my money will be refunded! They told me in an email that I should just keep them because returning them "will waste my time and money!!" I'm not sure how that is allowed? RIP OFF

Unbeliably rude customer service. Shipped to the wrong address and they will not correct. Kept my money NEVER buy from this place people!!!!

Clothes are not sized properly, can't exchange or get a refund - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! What a joke, out my $$ & tops that don't fit!!🙄🤥😪

Like everyone else said "DO NOT BUY FROM THEM." All you will get are cheap clothes that do not fit. Forget about returning anything. You have to send it to China! stuck with clothes I can't wear and out $90.00. Would give ZERO stars if possible!

Giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. Bought from a Facebook ad. Appeared to be a legitimate company. Then I saw the money was paid to a Southern Ivy from PayPal. I only received 1 of the 3 blouses. Mis sized by 2 sizes, cheap. So I requested return address and was given wrong address. No refund for it or merchandise not received. Very upset.
I did find out they operate under 3 names!!

Ordered on 08/26/2024 - PAID for shipping - looks like it made it to Los Angeles but no shipping label yet? The company "About Us" information says "We are a southern fashion store proudly serving our community. We specialize in unique and affordable clothing and accessories for all ages and sizes. Apparently they are in Southern China and service that community? I wish I would have looked further into it before ordering!

In order to do a return and get a refund you have to return the product to China. The shipping cost from PA was close to $50 . Magnolianana only offers a 20% refund and 30% off next item instead of a return. I would never buy from them again!!! Disgrace!!

Horrible company. I purchased items and never received any shipping information until I contacted customer service via email weeks later. I did receive a response and they provided tracking information. After waiting several more days, I tracked my package and learned the company had created the shipping label but hadn't formally shipped the items. After reading the horrible reviews, I disputed the charge with my bank which is a royal pain for the company. If you get scammed and have the same problems, don't wait for them to offer a low ball refund. Dispute with your bank.

I ordered 3 shorts, they changed me, but never arrived. Will report to BBB.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM

Zero stars. My grandma made a purchase here and hadn’t gotten any updates on when the clothes would arrive until a week later. They finally sent tracking info which shows the clothes bouncing between Compton and LA multiple times. We are shocked considering we live so close to LA that these clothes still haven’t arrived two weeks later. After emailing they told us NOT to issue a refund now or try to deny the package because we have to receive the items before we can issue a refund. I’m sure they do this so they can keep your money and lowball a refund percentage. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The picture of the blouse was nothing like one that I ordered. And another was very stiff and awful fabric - nothing like the description of fabric that would be soft and flow. Lesson learned.

BEWARE OF Magnolianana! Ordered shirts that came in cuts that are unwearable. THEY ONLY CREDIT YOU 15% of what you paid - toward a future purchase...NO REFUNDS! They emailed and recommended I donate the shirts rather then return for 15% credit toward a future purchase. WHO WOULD EVER ORDER AGAIN?? SHAMEFUL and should be illegal. Worst customer service ever and shirts are no where near what actual sizes are. The run very big (at least the ones I ordered did....all 8 of them! :-(

I ordered 5 shirts. Their sizing is not true to fit. Shirts are the quality you'd expect from China, CHEAP. For the price, I expected better. 1 shirt was too small. Inquired about a refund. Joke. Read the other reviews. They offer a discount not to return it. If you do, you have to ship it back to China, which means waiting weeks for my money, like I waited weeks for my shirts. Never ordering from this place again and will never refer anyone to them.
