Tasha was extremely easy to work with. Always returned calls and maintained contact without being pushy. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and puts herself out to make it work for you - and to ensure it is the right decision - and dealership to work with. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I made contact with Henry Carpenter some time ago and prior to our relocation back to UK. He was friendly and extremely efficient in offering many different options as to how to finance my vehicle. Our return to UK was delayed for a while, but when we picked up again he knew my circumstances and offered the same level of service. I highly recommend the company.

Dealt with Tasha on numerous cars and has been very supportive through the process. Far from your typical salesmen pushing a quick sale for commission etc. Has been very patient with my buying journey and made sure all parties were happy with decisions before proceeding. If all the staff are as good as Tasha I would recommend Magnitude always

Waste of time

About to sign off on my dream car, then Magnitude force a poorly written set of clauses on the dealer.

"Clause 6 is the real sting: the dealer agrees to take the car back and refund not just if you cancel, but on any "lender dictated agreement unwind" — the lender could unwind for reasons unrelated to the car, and the dealer is still on the hook to buy it back. That's a contingent liability they can't control on what, for them, is a one-off sale. Big franchised/approved-used dealers very often have a flat policy of not signing third-party brokers' paperwork, so their reluctance isn't unusual either."

very straightforward and a good rate

This was my first time using Magnitude Finance as I usually go with the dealership finance offer, however my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry through to completion of my finance deal the service I received from Henry in the Leeds branch has been perfect. Very professional, quick informative responses meant I was never in any doubt as to where the deal was up to.
