Tried to contact customer service which is stated at 24/7 which is a load is sh**. I also won 60 pound on a relax gaming using the coins on buckaneers wild. Aside from the slow withdrawal side of things which definitely could be improved on, I'm giving an extra star rating now as the slots have paid out some good little wins for me over the past few my months. Yes, I've had losses - but it's about knowing when to cash out or switch things up a bit, which is easier said than done. I would still like to be able to access more games that unfortunately aren't available in UK - please can you work on that?
APRIL 2025 REVIEW:
I wasn't impressed by the site to start off with due to not being able to access some games and having some technical glitches. I deposited a few small amounts on several occasions over a month+ and barely won anything back, which was unusual and disappointing compared to other sites. Customer service was a real human and prompt, but disappointingly unable to help refund me/offer good will gesture for me losing out on free spins a couple of months ago and some real cash due to a game issue (crab claw free game charged me when I thought it was free) so I disabled the app. However, I recently received via email 50 free spins and wagered them to come out with a good little win and the withdrawal process was within 48 hours hassle free. I think useful advice is to read the T&C carefully and be extra diligent in reading the game info RTP properly before deposit or play. There's definitely pros and cons.

You cannot disable your account via the website, you have to email the company. When j emailed the company they assured me they'd delete my account and 3 weeks later it was still active. I’ve been waiting now 13 days for my withdrawal, support has given me run arounds, saying it’s delayed, there’s been an issue etc.. no one has rectified the issues. They have zero issues taking money from people but when it comes to paying players it’s a nightmare. I highly recommend staying away.
Update since the casino has requested more info.
The max withdrawal limit is $700/CAD, up to 3 pending withdrawals at once and up to $10,500 a month for a level 1. That is the lowest I’ve ever seen a withdrawal limit. That’s terrible, I play these little casinos often and most are $25,000/day.
I requested the max amount of withdrawal which were pending for over a week & out of no where, the money was gone, there was a playthrough required and an active bonus which was never there before depositing.
They found a loophole to remove my wins and scam me out of money. I had $2250 in pending withdrawals and a balance of over $10,000 and they took everything. No explanation, no email.
I’ve requested to close my account, which they informed of the terms and conditions of closing the account which I told them I agreed too and lo and behold, my account is still opened and it’s been weeks.

Im telling you genuinely to avoid. No withdrawals. 5euro came out of my bank and had to cancel card. Strange all 5dtar reviews are "verified people". IT IS A SCAM. Do not play it.
