Avoid this casino – they don’t pay
been over 14 days since I requested a withdrawal from Magius Casino, and I still haven’t received anything. My account is fully verified — I’ve even successfully made two previous withdrawals. They build your trust at first with small payouts, and then suddenly stop paying when it matters.
Customer support is completely useless. They just stall with copy-paste replies and never give a clear answer or deadline.
This casino is a total waste of time. If a platform can’t pay its players on time, it has no credibility. I’ve already submitted a complaint to Casino Guru and strongly advise others to stay away from Magius Casino.

Scam site, avoid
Update to my review:
I asked to close my account months ago, which in itself was difficult because they make you email their support and then take days to respond. Finally got my account closed and then months later they email me out of know where offering to reopen my account and give me a free play. This site is the scummiesf of scum, predatory piece of sh*t. If you do make the mistake of depositing money and win anything, good luck actually getting them to pay you. They will make you wait 2-3 weeks hoping that you reverse the withdrawal. This place needs to be shut down.
Customer support is useless and says the same scrips over and over but never actually helping or offering any help. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

This casino is very bad. They have a promotion for 25% cashback on there site, but if you ask for your cashback they refuse. They also have a very low withdrawal limit of Max €500. Please think twice before you start playing here.

First off it said $20 to get free spins, which I didn't get and also %100 match bonus , which I didn't get either. This one is not one I would recommend. CS was the best thing I found at Magius for now, the agents are hepful and answer quickly. Withdrawals are fast and minimum value is pretty low, which is good.
Didn't give 5 stars because many of my favorite games are not available , but there are some nice games to play.

Magius casino apparently has an Anjouan license and I haven't had any issues with my withdraws that takes 4 days to be into my bank, not the 3 days in their T&C. No issues with any Live Agents, but I believe the site is rigged in someway, after receiving my withdraws, no scatters, no bonus popping up, very low game payouts and lots of dead spins of zero game payouts. Contacted chat for a free bonus and I was denied. They retrieved back every dollar I won from my withdraws, so time to stop playing on their casino. I have tried to close my account at one time, they sent a confirmation email to confirm my request to close it, but didn't close my account for over a week, therefore, I believe they had no intention to do so. They get 2 stars for smooth withdraw, but I can't play on a online casino I don't trust with the rigging. I'm going to request another closure and I will up-date the outcome. They did close my account without any issue.

I honestly didn't know what to expect at first. I just didn't want to get scammed, but as it was a recommendation from an influencer I follow , I decided to give it a try. I have been trying to make a withdrawal…
I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my account for over 2 weeks now. Everytime I request the withdrawal I am told this will take 2 to 3 working days to complete. On day 3 I get an email telling me it has been cancelled. Support tell me to try again and they apologise but they just fob you off. Unable to speak to anyone to get this resolved. I feel like they just want you to gamble the money away rather than let you withdraw it. Stay away from this site!
