Excellent dealer who goes beyond…
Excellent dealer who goes beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction, especially when something goes wrong beyond their control. I recently bought a Jet card fountain which was delivered with a manufacturing fault. MoM provided an excellent and speedy resolution which was much appreciated.
I would certainly highly recommend this dealer with full confidence you’re being well looked after.

Shipping to Australia….too easy!
I took advantage of a discount offer and purchased myself the Card College “Light” series. Being in Australia, I thought it would take weeks to arrive. It arrived in a little over a week! I will definitely be purchasing items in the future knowing how easy it is to get them

Long shipping times
Not sure why it took three working days before item was dispatched, 7 days for item to arrive not really acceptable in my opinion. If they spent as much effort in dispatching my goods than bombarding me with marketing emails I might consider purchasing from them again.

You ordered at 7pm on Thursday 19th and your order was delivered on Wednesday morning 25th, so your order took 3 working days. The shipping method you selected at the checkout was the economy 3-7 working day option. So it was right on time. We do also offer a faster shipping service which costs £2.49 more You can also choose express shipping at the checkout for next day delivery for in stock items.
You also ordered a special order item. We advised you on the product page that it needed to be ordered in for you from an external warehouse, and you should allow an extra few days for dispatch as we order it in fir you. We then double checked with you on the order confirmation page that you were aware of the slower shipping on this item.
The shop is one of the last bricks and mortar shops still open in the UK Your continued business is really appreciated so it’s important to me to assure you of our best intentions

Lee was very helpful
Lee was very helpful when we were choosing a brick set, giving us lots of information about the Lego/CADA/FO sets. Kept us entertained with some magic tricks and taught our son a trick. We all left with smiles on our faces.
