Waited a really long time to receive my shapewesr only to receive it damaged which I have taken photos of o asked for the item to be sent back for a refund but instead they have shipped out a replacement which I don't want as even though I didn't try it on I could see it wouldn't of fit me I'm a size 10 and these probably wouldn't fit a 5 year old child. I have also noticed they claim to be shapewear UK which they clearly are not they are based in china so they are illegally fake advertising. If I don't get my refund I will be going to trading standards to report this awful company PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I love their products and if you need to contact them they answer swiftly and deal with the situation. They have a personal touch. Thank you

0 STARS … do not recommend and do not trust!!! Not a UK company and extremely difficult to send items back .. shapewear was so small definitely not the sizes it says. Do not order.

I deliberately bought a much larger size as I know shape wear can be very tight. However when I took item out of packet it was obvious it wasn't going to fit. I don't even try it on. On asking for a refund I was emailed to say they'd give a 50% refund. I emailed back saying that under consumer law I'm entitled to 100% refund if asked for within 14days. I received a new email offering me 100% refund BUT I had to ageee to a £7 admin fee and the initial postage charge of £4. So I ended up with £20 which is better than the original offer. So stand your ground and insist on 100%. I also got to keep the item so I might wear it one day!

Excellent customer service item was damaged but refund given

Although the garment did as it says, due to delivery taking so long and I needed one for an event, I bought a cheaper product from elsewhere at a 3rd of the cost. The quality of this garment was so much better than the Magic Shaper when comparing them after it finally arrived. So much so that I wish I just purchased the cheaper one first. Please look around before thinking about buying a magic shaper as I don’t think it is worth the cost given the quality and there are cheaper/better ones elsewhere.

The worst experience ever. They are a bunch of scammers and you cannot return anything. Its doesnt fit and it's uncomfortable and they are refusing to send me a return label or return address.

Garment really stretches and is comfortable -I am 12/14 and it does go on and has amazing stretching.

Further to my earlier review. Despite being Magic Shaper UK I have been given an address in China for the return with me paying the return costs! What a scam!
I deliberately chose a uk company. Not sure if trading standards can do anything but I am definitely contacting them. Only has one star because I can't give less.
Never order from this company

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Item was better than described! Perfect fit and made me feel very supported whilst wearing it.

Easy to order. Good communication about when item would be delivered. Didn’t think because it was one size only that it would be suitable, but it did provide a nice smooth silhouette under clothing.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Do not buy anything from this company. These bras are not sized properly at least 3 to 4 sizes smaler than what I ordered and they are cheaply made. I waited several weeks for this mess. I WANT MY TIME & MONEY BACk.

What a waste of money, the product offered no support at all and wasn’t as described on the website, it’s very cheaply made and the fabric is awful, returns are very difficult and expensive

The items I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive. The quality and finishing are very poor, especially for the price they charge.
But the real issue is trying to return the items. I was asked for photos and a video to show why I wanted to return them. After messing me around with counter offers for 18 days, I was still no closer to getting my refund. I had to ask my credit card provider to intervene. Save yourself a headache and don't buy from them!

Although I have not received my product in the time stated, when I contacted the company someone got back to me within a few hours and have contacted me several times to keep me updated on what is happening with regards to my original order and how they are trying to solve things for me.
