If I could give no stars, I would. My experience was the same as the last few recent reviewers. I bought something on April 2nd and received no notice of shipping by the promised timeline. I reached out to them and no one responded. I called the phone number on their website and was redirected to a different email. I emailed that one and no one responded. I tried calling back and picked the option that would let me talk to a person a received a notification that the person's inbox is full. This is definitely a scam. I reported it to my bank and to the BBB website. I hope others will find this and not buy from them.

I have ordered for years, then early last year, was my 1st blip. Took me 2 months of emailing back and forth to get my order, after waiting about 6 weeks for any movement. They were responsive, so I did patiently wait. But I put them on the backburner of my shopping sites, as I like to save $ but I don't want to wait 3 months or so to get my goods.

I tried again, as they had some herbs I was looking for and as they redesigned the website. Well...no. I was able to order but that was March 10th. Nothing since the confirmation email. I have written 4 times, no reply at all. Furthermore, now I can't log in and the site isn't displaying properly on my phone or laptop browser.

I give up. Really great prices and an awesome selection but no use if can't get order. I'll have to pay more elsewhere.

Please, do not try and buy anything from this seller!

I tried to order a deck of cards but all the links for the confirmation e-mail were dead, and all my attempts to contact them have been ignored. It was a small order so I'm thankful I didn't spend more.

I placed an order and never got a confirmation email, updates or anything. I emailed them and left them a voicemail. The phone number apparently has a voicemail set up when they’re not open but it’s the same voice and no one is ever available to talk. They use an ai system for your phone system. It’s a standard male voice, doesn’t even fit the character of the company. Total scam

Ordered 3/15. Never received product. Requested replies several times and still no responses.

This company is a scam!! DO NOT PURCHASE from them or you will regret them ripping you off. Have sent over 10 emails, no response in 30 in 3 weeks. I have called numerous times and not once got through to a live person. Have left numerous messages and not one response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEm

This company is a scam. I ordered three tarot decks from them. They charged me, but I never received the order. I tried contacting them multiple times and never received a reply.

They definitely deserve no stars. I've ordered for them and they don't respond to emails and you can't get anyone on the phone. I finally got someone on the phone and she said I will be getting an email that my order was cancelled and I would get a refund after I told them I disputed them with my bank. I haven't received any email or refund, I'm not gone worry about it because my bank will be disputed this transaction. Do not order from them they have horrible customer service and are scammers and doesn't handle business professionally at all they don't care about you your time money energy or product. I repeat don't order from this business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item March 26 for $85.77 . I called to cancel item and actually got a person on the phone after sending several emails inquiring about order. I was told I woujd get my refund with a week and that warehouse was backed up. No refund, no response to numerous follow up phone calls and emails. . Bad company. Don’t do business with them. They are scammers and crooks .

I usually order from Magick but this was the first order I made in a long time from them on March 18, 2025. I've been trying to reach them by phone and several emails absolutely nothing. You don't hear from anyone or get anyone on the phone when you call. At this point they are taking people's money and they aren't getting their products. I only spent $21 but I want my items or a refund. This is crazy that folks aren't seeing their products because they are backed up. Stop running sales if you can't keep up with the demand. I will NOT be ordering from Magick in the future again.

I have been ordering from them for at least three years and never had an issue. The past 8 months have been the worse! Orders have been delivered months after ordering and emailing them I used to get a response but now it’s radio silence. I am not sure what is going on but once I receive my order it will be the last!!

Beware. Total scam. I ordered two decks of cards back in late December, 2024. On January 29th, I emailed to ask where they were. I got a reply stating they were behind because of a sale (the sale is still going on in mid-April) and the fires in LA. Customer service also said my products were slated for shipping the week of February 2nd. Of course I said I understood. On February 22nd, I emailed again to ask if there was an update. Nothing. Again on March 15th. No answer. On April 11th, I called. You cannot reach a human, Magick.com says to email them. That's when I gave up.

Don't order from them. It's all an internet mirage. I'm fortunate that my order which I never received was small. A deck of Reiki divine healing cards. That they would scam for such items tell me it will all come to roost, in time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t even have the mental energy to go over my story but I promise you it’s crazy enough that you can’t make it up. First, order was very late when I finally received it. Late enough that I couldn’t use them for what I ordered them for. Second, I only received half of my order with no warning and no refund option. Third, called multiple times during their “business hours” (they only have a 4 hour window to answer their phone). After approximately 15 times calling over the course of several days, I was able to speak to someone twice. One was to report half my order missing, given some story about their system being down and to call back after the weekend. Called the following Monday, and for the next 5 days. Fourth, when they decided to answer their phone again, I received no apology, and told that “they were a small company, and that they were behind on orders.” I told them to give me an option to make the situation right. I was offered my items or a refund. I chose the refund. I was told that I would get a refund within 7-10 days.” That was over a month from this date. Fifth, still no refund. Their only intentions are to scam and rip people off. So incredibly sad. Reported to BBB. Karma will eventually catch up to them…

0 stars- I ordered just a few items back in February, after a month I emailed the company to see if there was a problem because there had been no update to my order number. They told me they were backed up from Christmas and the fires caused a delay so naturally I was understanding. They said my package was scheduled to be shipped out that week. After 2 weeks went by, no updates, no tracking, and no package, I went to the website to see if there was a change in the fulfillment status of my order but the website had been "updated" and you could no longer see orders that were put in before the update. I emailed them again, they told me again my package was scheduled to be shipped out, again, again no package, no updates, nothing. I emailed them again asking for a refund since it had been 2 months, they said your package is scheduled to ship out this week but if you want a refund we can do that. I said yes please cancel my order and refund my money. Now, no package, no refund , no updates and no answer when I email askingfor my refund. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with a company, so unprofessional and so purposefully misleading. I never write bad reviews but people need to be aware of the buisness practices of this company before deciding to purchase from them.

I placed my initial order on January 29,2025. I had still not received it by February 11, contacted the team via email and they said they had been delayed by California wildfires. I believed them, and then got notified that my order shipped on February 21. By March 6, I still had not received my order and reached out again. No response and also my order status disappeared from the website along with my account. Completely wiped. Still no response as of today, March 28. I have also looked online at reviews now and see many people have experienced this exact same issue. DO NOT ORDER!!!! Apparently they also used to be “Magick Planet” and rebranded as magick.com now, possibly because of similar issues and maybe being shut down for bad business practices before. Definitely something fishy going on and needs to be investigated.

I’ve been ordering from Magick.com for 3 years without problems until now. I ordered three items (because they were on sale) on 2/27/25. One month, two emails and a phone call later I have nothing. Silly me placed another order on 3/17/25 (again, because of massive sale) and 9 days later the order is still pending… but my money ain’t pending!!! They got paid immediately!!! It’s time to find a new one online metaphysical retailer.

PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I always read comments/reviews before ordering online for the first time from any company. (I have never used before). OMG didn't read reviews before ordering this time. I was very desperate for items ordered and with a great price. NOW!! after reading all these bad reviews/comments I checked my banking account and sure enough the money has been taking out of my account. I tried to call several times no one answered the phone (which every comment/review states the exact same), still waiting on order. I will contact my bank to make sure no other transactions from this company come from my account.
I tried to give zero star, got to put at least one star to write a review. 70 plus living on a fixed income and military retire. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ITEMS ORDERED!!!!!

ordered on 1/7/25 and only responded to me after my 3rd email to them that due to the LA fires they were backed up. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but yet to receive anything. Requested refund and havent heard back. Dont waste your money with this company
