Sold out of the cauldron I wanted, didn't tell me until I emailed them. Settled for a plain one and they said they will ship out the next day. Well they lied, emailed them again to cancel the whole order and they didn't respond. They shipped it out a full month later, email them countless times and when they finally contacted me they had an attitude.

They also gave me the WRONG freaking book! Trash ass shop and seriously hope no one buy from them.

In 2020 I placed a couple of orders with this company and all went well. However, at the end of January 2024 I placed another order and I still haven't received it. Customer service did reply, to tell me that it would be shipped out in the next day or so, but it hasn't. We are now going into week 3. I am so disappointed by this. I was also shocked to see the endless complaints on the Better business bureaus website from other people who have not received their orders after waiting MONTHS, so obviously their lack of order fulfillment has NOTHING to do with the LA fires! **The only recourse for all of us** is to FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL's OFFICE right away! I think that this is the only way that they will be held accountable and how we will be refunded. Forget the BBB, because the business won't respond to them. I will never try to order from this company again. FYI- I was given the excuse of the recent LA wildfires for the delay, and if this were truly the case I would understand. However, mail has continued there and I think that it's shameful for this company to ever use this as an excuse to further manipulate and delay orders. FYI- their address on the BBB is for a mailbox at the UPS store! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I placed my order that totaled over $170 on January 8. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything so I reached out asking for shipping. Days later they got back to me to tell me that due to the California wild fires they were delayed but that my order would be shipped that Monday. Of course, I felt awful and was understanding of the cause of the delay. The next Monday came and went and I still heard nothing. So I reached back out again and was told agin that my order would ship the next Monday and I did receive shipping notice that the package was in the mail (not just that it was being prepared as it had since the day after I placed the order).

When I received the shipment, which was nearly a week later, it was only 3 of the 7 items I purchased. I asked them where the remaining items were and why I wasn’t informed I would only receive a portion of the order. It takes days for them to respond and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get one at all. When they did respond they ignored my requests for a refund of the remaining items and just kept saying the order was scheduled to ship from the warehouse. So far, I have asked 5 times for a refund and they still haven’t refunded me or shipped the items. Now they just stopped responding at all. I had to report them to my credit card company. At the date of this message it’s February 13.

They are awful. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and buy your goods from an actual retailer you can trust that you’ll get what you paid for. It’s not this company. They are shameful.

I ordered from Magick.com and my order sat for 3 weeks untouched, still processing. I finally reached out to someone and they told me it would be sent out right away. They created the postage and surprise surprise multiple weeks later it still hadn't shipped. I reached out again and it wasn’t until I threatened with reporting them that they actually sent it. When it arrived they had refunded me for 3 of the things I had ordered that were apparently no longer in stock.. hm I wonder why. DO NOT order from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order beginning of January never received my items. I called them 2 weeks ago she said that my order would be shipped by end of the week. That never happened. Convinced they’re scamming people out to their money.

Magic.com is full of 💩. They are the biggest scammers alive please Don’t buy 💩 from them you won’t never receive an email nor your money!!!!!!! You can’t piss on my face and tell me it’s raining 🌧️ people take my advice Don’t order nothing from them you won’t!!!!!!!!! That company needs to be sued for everything they got.. people please adapt and spread the word!!!!!!

I order from them Jan. 6 never received a confirmation email but the money was withdrawn from my account. No correspondence since then. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago still no reply. I just want my stuff or my money back. Seems like I’m not the only one.

I ordered a copper pyramid from them and never received it. I never received a refund. I ordered a bell that came with a handle which did not fit it. They gave me a discount to use but never filled the order. I contacted customer service multiple times by email and phone. Do not use them!

Yeah, don’t buy from Magick.com Ordered over a month ago, no shipping alert, no response from the contact team. Scammy for sure.

I placed an order on 12/22/24. The website says free 1-5 day shipping on orders over $50. Today is February 6, 2025. I'm still waiting for my order. I emailed them and I got a response seeing their email responses have been delayed and do not email more than once. At this point I just want to cancel my order.

Ordered Jan 6 with confirmation email stating 1-7 business days for shipping. Credit card was charged. Emailed 1/24 with auto reply saying they would return my email in 24-72 hours. Still no response on February 4th.

If I could I would rate them a zero! >: My orders were placed almost a year ago. After months of waiting both orders got partially delivered. I finally gave up got tired of sending emails and listening to annoying answering machines. I complained to ShopPay and it looks like they no longer support their business. I could go on and on with this but at the end of it all I was scammed like everyone else. Horrible business will never buy from them again!!!

I wish I had researched this company before ordering. After seeing their Google ad, I placed an order that was supposed to be processed within 5 days. Six months later, I still haven't received my items or a refund.

Their communication pattern is very suspicious:

They rarely respond to emails
When they do respond, they make excuses about "system upgrades"
They promised a refund but never delivered
Credit card company couldn't help after 60 days
There's a whole Reddit thread documenting similar experiences from other customers. While you might see some positive reviews, be very skeptical - this appears to be a systematic scam operation.

Save yourself the headache and money - avoid this company. There are many legitimate sellers out there.

The fact that they're still allowed to run Google ads is concerning. I've reported them to IC3.gov and encourage others who've been scammed to do the same.

I ordered just after the holidays and here it is Jan 23 and it hasn't even been fulfilled. Sent them a 2nd email saying to cancel and refund my money and still no response except for an automated B.S. I'd give them a -10 if I could. They are nothing but trash, liars and thieves. DO GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! They're a waste of time and con artists. F*@k THEM!

Took longer than previous orders but there was a message saying this. Very happy overall as usual.

I placed an order with magick on June 28th 2024. Their website said that because of the 30% off sale, there would be delays, so I was patient… too patient unfortunately. Suddenly I realized it was September (2024), it had been 3 months since I placed the order and I never received any shipping info. I emailed their support email and was told there was an “error in the system” but that it was fixed now and that my items would ship in 3-4 weeks. I decided to be patient once more but that didn’t work out well for me. I emailed them another 3 months later (December 2024) saying that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, and they completely ignored that email. I emailed them AGAIN just yesterday (January 2025), I was really really frustrated with them and I demanded a refund. I got an email back surprisingly quick, my order was canceled, and they claim they will give me a refund within the next few days. I’m not sure I trust them though, everything about this company is so so sketchy. Not to mention they use a lot of AI art on their promotional images for their website. -1000000/10

Superb customer service & excellent product selection.

I placed an order 18 days ago and when I checked the site, it hasn't even been shipped. On the "contact us" page, it says it takes them something like 3 to 14 days to answer an email, but goes on to warn that if they don't respond to you in said time frame do NOT send them another email because that will make it take even longer for them to respond. It was worded in such a way that it sounded like a threat. Apparently, you can call them between noon and four, Pacific time, but, really? I will come back here and update if I miraculously get good service from this point on, but I wish I had checked this site for reviews before I ordered from them.

They take your money, never ship, never send you confirmation. I about fell over when I finally got someone on the phone, and they stalled for 20 mins then said, "oh it just shipped so I can't cancel" but couldn't give me a tracking number. They'll "email it". Never came. Such a pack of lies. Karmically these people are fixing to fall into a sink hole, or worse.

Do not recommend ordering from them unless you want a giant headache. I ordered Nov 30 and understood it's a busy time of year. But two weeks went by with the order sitting as 'Processing' and no updates. Despite emailing and calling, only for the calls to immediate hang up after saying the call couldn't be transferred, I didn't hear back. I tried disputing the charge with my bank which would've worked but...

They finally email me back Dec 17(!!!) with them saying they're waiting for a deck, would I like to wait or cancel it and get a refund? I already ordered the same products on Amazon and got it in 3 days. I said cancel, mind you responding to the email 1 HOUR later. They shipped it anyways Dec 26, almost a week later, and now my dispute is voided and I'm being charged. Response time is awful. Communication sucks. So disorganized and extremely frustrating. Going to try to get a refund but save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.
