The site was easy to use. Love JJK and i love suguru, kenjaku. I believe they are probably the best main villians iv seen in anime in a min. It did disappoint me that this is the ONLY merch they have for Geto/kenjaku. I most definitely would buy a hat & some Geto pants if they had some. I have not yet received my hoodie yet.. im sure ill update rating to 5 when i get the hoodie & try it on. It sucks their was no free shipping. So i paid the $10 for fast shipping. I feel like if i pay for fast shipping i should have a arrival date within the order number & information but apparently have to wait for item to be packed before givin a eta of delivery.

Loved the website, but I had trouble connecting with customer service
First, let me start by saying that I absolutely love the selection this site has. The sweater that I purchased is super cute, and I can’t wait to see it in person.
Having said that, the reason why I am giving this experience a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the customer care. On the website it says that if there were any questions or concerns about a product then to email and they would respond immediately. I did send an email out to ask questions about the sweater and their sizes to get more information, but I have not received any response back and it’s been a few days. Now, it could me not knowing the website and how they operate, but I was under the assumption that they would respond back immediately with customer care questions.
That is honestly the only issue I had, but other than that everything else was great.

I’m gonna be completely honest I’m not into all the anime stuff personally it looks cool and I hope it continues to work for you, I found your stuff on TikTok saw the jumper and joggers it’s the grey washed ones with just the logo and I think the jumper has some Japanese on the back and was like that looks sick clicked on your link and was like that actually a good jumper imma have to cop that so I did along with the joggers, sick designs maybe make some more clothes like that with no anime on or something anime related like Japanese writing but people won’t know what’s it’s from etc just so you get both audiences liking your stuff people like me who like cool design clothes with no anime and people who like anime etc but keep it up I’ll definitely enjoy wearing these
