Our holiday was cancelled in early March , and since then Wendy from Holiday world has doggedly been trying to get our part refund from the travel company .,She kept us up to date even if there was not much report , and we have just received our refund.
I am sure if she had not been in our corner we would have received little if any. Hope to visit Holiday World again when this is all over Mike & Josie

When both trips had to be cancelled because of COVID-19, he and Narelle just Kept Calm and Carried On with the business of refunds, credits etc. We look forward to doing further business with them and would happily recommend them to friends.

Happy and successful Cruising
Helen and I have just booked our 4th cruise with Doug and as always he has been most pleasant and helpful. Nothing is a bother and to this point all our holidays have been a success. We have enjoyed lots of additional things on our cruises that Doug organized for us We have booked 2 other trips with Doug within Australia as well and both went well. The rest of the staff are always also polite and have a smile. Thanks to you all.
