waited 8 weeks for products no tracking no responses from CS after complaining for weeks they said new shipment was being sent as other one was lost.
Original package showed up with product exploded all over inside of box because it froze and bottles exploded then got told no replacement was being sent.

absolute worst Im out 187 bucks and got a box full of mixed lotions I cant use thanks

The communication from order to delivery is pretty unique. The products themselves are really great! The soothing gel feels so good on new tattoos and takes the guesswork out of what I’m supposed to do to care for a new tattoo. The balm makes my ink just pop!

The items I purchased were awesome! I used the Soothing gel on my new tattoo which healed quickly. I also used the tattoo sunscreen since I was in the sun a lot, my daughter also used both items on her new tattoo and it helped. Will recommend to my friends

Mad Rabbit is a product I have recommended to family members and friends who have tattoos. Every time I apply the balm, it not only makes my tattoos more vibrant (I have highly pigmented color tattoos) but it also hydrates my skin, leaving it soft and smooth. I lost love the vanilla scent - not so much the lavender, but that’s not their fault - it smells like high quality lavender. That just isn’t my favorite scent. I’d love to see some other sweet scents be formulated or brought back. Overall, though, this is a really high quality product that delivers.
