They send me fake Moser and when I tried to call their customer service, the number wasn't in use at all.
I also mailed the customer service and haven't heard from them yet 😕
Don't trust them.
Before ordering, I came here and checked people feedback and it wasn't that bad. So was convinced that they legitimate! Don't make the same mistake I made and don't trust them.
I probably should add the poor quality of delivery, the post package was wet once i got it.
The Moser was loosely packed into a very strange package that you could have guessed contains a fake product.
I was curious enough to use the machine once, and it was way worse than my 12 years old Moser.
I was really surprised that online shops can easily trick you.
Finally, the fact that they don't own their products and tranfer your order to third party company tells a lot (I realized this after ordering).
At the end, don't trust them.

No refund from this company
In their web page they have said if you are not happy with the product you can send it back and get refund. First of they do not give you any return voucher like many other companies so if you want to send it back so you have to pay for return. Second they mentioned in their web if the product is damaged they will reduce the cost of damage and refund you the rest. In my case there was no damage to the product but the package but still they did not accepted that and said either we return it to you or destroy that for you!!!??? I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first a company telling me such a thing. So be aware before you buy anything from this company
