Hej Dino, tråkigt att höra att du anser att vår leverans är för långsam. Våra leveransvillkor till Danmark är 2-5 vardagar, vilket tydligt framgår på sidan när man beställer. Det har gått knappt 3 dagar sen du beställde hos oss på kvällen och din order skickades dagen efter på morgonen - så du kommer snart få ditt paket. Hör gärna av dig till vår kundtjänst om det skulle uppstå några problem.

I received a product that i havent …

I received a product that i havent order, and was keep receiving bill which was adding to pay extra if i dont pay. Weird situation.

Missing 2nd shipment address, poor customer service

Started an order (gift for my father), entered my payment details w/ address assuming I could enter a different shipment address later. 1st failure: You *cannot* enter a different shipment address, so orders will only go the the address linked to your payment details.

Immediately contacted customer support both via the web form as well via e-mail asking them to ship to the other address.

2nd failure: After two working days (!) I got a response from a customer service representative (Zendesk), regretting that the order had already been shipped to my home address, not the different address.

Though they offer a broad range of products for acceptable prices, gents.com does not offer an acceptable service, neither regarding the order nor the fullfilment process.

Never ever again.

Regarding Gents' answer below: I wonder how I could use a different name as the card holder and/or a different address when paying with VISA. As Jenny from CSR clearly states out IMHU they have an internal process where customers have to make a request for getting orders shipped to a different address. That's so 1910s.

Regarding the delayed answer from customer service I understand that migrating to another helpdesk system can cause different hickups. Having disadvantages from this sucks anyway.

I'd expect Gents using an order form where you enter your payment details and the shipment address. Maybe it's also time migrating the eCommerce system for them?

Dear Karsten,

My apologies for your bad experience with us. The fact is, you can ship your parcel to any address you like, but you have to enter the new address before you finalize your payment via the credit card secure site. Of course, our customer service can help you change the address also after the purchase has been finalized, which we do all the time. In this case, we can see from the time stamp that your email was sent Tuesday evening. However, for some reason it didn’t reach us until late Wednesday evening, and was replied to by our customer service first thing Thursday morning. By then, your parcel was already underway.

We have just changed support system to Zen Desk, so I would assume that this delay has something to do with the change. I have asked IT to look into the matter.

As for the circumstances in your case, I can only give you my sincere apologies and assure you that I will do my outmost to make sure that the issue with delayed emails are not recurring. As soon as you get the parcel, I would appreciate if you would send it back to us and I will credit your payment as well as other expenses you have had for returning the parcel.

I don’t agree with Jenny at VISA. It is absolutely possible to enter a shipment address different from the billing address when paying with card at our site.

Yes, perhaps it is possible to update our platform as well.
