BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you like being blamed for their inconsistent policies, go to MADAQ. The guy working there (didn’t get his name) told me it was fine to come back next time and he’d give me my stamp because I forgot my stamp card. My friend even asked if I could just get another card and merge it next time — because she’s done that here before — and he was the one who said yes and told us he’d remember me.
Then when I actually came back, it was the same guy, and suddenly he acted like none of that mattered. Instead of honoring what he said, his response was basically: “it’s your fault you left it,” “we have 1000 customers a day” (sure), and then “if you buy one now I’ll give you two stamps?” Like… what? So your solution is for me to spend more money because you don’t want to follow through on what you already agreed to?
Overall, embarrassing customer service. He handled it badly, got defensive, and tried to twist the story to make himself look right.
