I love your chocolates very much. I prefer the chocolate with nuts. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for smaller orders are too high. Nevertheless, I think I will order from you every now and then.

B2B order
B2B order. Takes days to ship out the order ‘due to warm weather’. And then decide to ship it on a Friday whilst company is closed weekend and liberation day. DHL is a mess, part of the order was delivered Thursday after to the company address and a part to a DHL parcel pick up point. Haven’t checked the packages yet.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the delivery didn’t go smoothly. We completely understand how frustrating it is when an order is delayed and then delivered in parts on different days.
We do intentionally hold shipments during periods of warm weather — it might come across as stubborn, but we do it to protect the quality of our chocolate. In this case, we shipped your order at the next suitable moment, though we understand that sending it on a Friday (before a closed weekend) wasn’t ideal.
We hope the products arrived in good condition. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if anything is wrong — we’ll be happy to help.
