Worst first-time experience, No Real Support!

I placed my first order with Madam Glam, excited to try their products and gift them to my mom for her birthday. Unfortunately, several items arrived damaged — 1 completely spilled, 2 missing caps, and 1 that seemed partially used.

I contacted customer support right away with photos, requesting replacements. Instead, I was only offered a partial refund or store credit, which didn’t help me resolve the issue or complete the gift in time.

Despite multiple follow-ups, they refused to send replacements. For a brand that charges premium prices, the lack of care and support was incredibly disappointing.

This experience fell far below expectations, and I won’t be ordering again.

Their website had a problem and I did…

Their website had a problem and I did not get what i ordered. They removed the free item with no communication at all. It was for a wedding that has passed now which caused me having to find something else last minute because of horrible communication on company's part. I have reached out MULTIPLE times to the company and they are unwilling to do anything.

When your order was placed, the free gel polishes you selected were part of a promotional offer tied to a specific Starter Kit. However, it appears that the actual kit wasn’t added to the cart or purchased. Because the system detected that the required item was missing, it automatically removed the promotional items, which had a $0 value, to prevent an incomplete or invalid promotion from being processed.

We completely understand that this may have caused confusion and frustration, especially since you were relying on those items for a special occasion. Please know that an email notification was sent at the time to inform you of this issue and offer a chance to update the order, but it seems it may not have reached you in time.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this caused, and we’re here to make things right.

Great customer service and speedy…

Great customer service and speedy delivery! First time ordering from Madam Glam, and when I encountered an issue with my delivery address, I was apprehensive the purchase would even find its way to me. But the representative who helped was super efficient and friendly, and fixed the issue within a matter of minutes. The product has been great so far too! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Don’t buy from this company!!
LED light broke within second use, they refused to send a replacement or offer me a refund for what it was worth.
I’ve never dealt with a company with such terrible customer service!

Great customer service!

Update: as promised, received a refund for the additional charges which I was grateful for. Many thanks to Jane for her excellent customer service and I look forward to purchasing again from you very soon 😄

I have been invited to review my experience with Madam Glam - i'm afraid to say it isn't positive. My initial purchase was $114.87 (£94.15) and in addition a free gift of a steam remover was included with my order, and I was excited waiting to receive my package as this was a Christmas present from my husband. When it arrived into the UK, I was horrified to receive a letter to say that I was required to pay an additional £50 in duties and vat before my package would be delivered. Since the UK does not make charges for orders under £135, I was confused as to why I was being charged over 50% of my order value on top. Turns out that Madam Glam valued my order at over twice the amount I paid for it ($243.20) and also valued the 'free gift' at $70 on the customs declaration documents - AND IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK and it is cheap and nasty, I wouldn't have paid $20 for it let alone $70!! So UK buyers - be very careful when purchasing from this supplier. This for me has been a disappointing, costly lesson to have experienced! Shame, as I have no complaints in relation to the polishes - I was looking forward to using them with my clients as my main brand - but this has put an end to that!

Excellent Experience with Madam Glam!

As a beginner enthusiast and not…

As a beginner enthusiast and not knowing much about nail world, I came across Madam Glam, and it changed my life. The website is very easy to use, the colors are amazing, you can find literally every color you can think of. Their build gels are very easy to use and have great color collection as well. The delivery is very quick and well packaged. I love their VIP program, you don’t waist your money and get great benefits from it.
The colors super pigmented and HEMMA free, even smell great. And the polish is stay on for at least 2weeks. Their top coat is just perfect final touch to make the color and design shine and look the best.
I highly recommend this brand.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, the quality is not good and when you try to return anything they will refuse. Their site lies and says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and any purchase can be returned but then they say you can’t return the products. Shady business practices and they only let VIPs review so they’re not allowing reviews from real people. Will never order from them and will not be returning to my nail artist who also only has products from them.

Sensitive Skin Customers Beware

EDIT TO ADD: the company generously offered to refund my purchase and has been apologetic of my situation. While I still don’t recommend the product for those who have sensitive skin, I do recommend this company and their customer service.

I have very sensitive skin and bought $75 of Madam Glam because they were supposedly HEMA free and formaldehyde free but they must still have allergens in their polish because after painting my nails my fingertips became tingly and my cuticles severely itchy. I noticed on their website that opened nail polish cannot be returned so I guess I am just out the $75. Sensitive skin customers beware.

Madam Glam products are top notch in…

Madam Glam products are top notch in the nail industry. Very high quality and excellent ingredients. Every order has been amazing. I had one minor issue with low volume in a bottle, but I imagine it was due to air in the line when dispensing. I and emailed customer service, and I received a response immediately and the issue was resolved with little back and forth. I have honestly never received this level of customer service anywhere else.

Fast Response and True Customer Service

I used a 3rd party checkout not realizing that my account balance wouldn't apply if I used that payment method. I used the chat feature to ask about it and Candy helped walk me through my options. She refunded my payment and deducted the amount from my balance and was so sweet. She responded immediately and was so professional and helpful.
