Incredibly positive experience, very fast turnaround, brilliant quote compared to a lot of others. This is now the second time I have used…
This is now the second time I have used Macys Tech and once again, the experience was flawless. I sent in my device and within about three hours of it having been signed for, I had been paid. I was asked to send in a copy of my passport as it was a high value item and as soon as they realised I had used them before, I was thanked for returning. It is not often you find businesses nowadays who can truly be trusted but this is one of them and they are my go-to phone buyer moving forward.

Amazing company, best I've used
Amazing company, honest, reliable, they answer the phone and keep you updated at every stage. I was paid out the day they received my phone, and even called to ensure I was happy with the service. I will use these guys again. I have sold a lot of devices, and this is hands down the best company I've sold to.

Can’t complain at all I’ve used many recycling companies in the past but can say this is by far the quickest one, sent my parcel off yesterday afternoon and it has been inspected and paid out already so I’d say the whole process took around 22 hours.

Phone Recycling - iPhone
Placed order, provided a box to return the phone in which others didn't. Very quick to review the device, I had a small problem with the order and they sorted it out within minutes.
