Broken package and blaming the customer
Macte ships its products on a "pallet" which is delivered by Fedex. In the vast majority of cases, Fedex breaks the pallet, which also damages the box. According to Macte's guidelines, a report must be filed with the courier about a damaged package, which is not possible with Fedex. The unsuspecting buyer either accepts the damaged package and risks receiving a broken product without a warranty, or returns it to Macte. However, if he decides to return it, the company automatically classifies the buyer as an "undesirable" customer and refunds the purchase price, but refuses to serve him in the future. The customer service is beyond criticism, a man named Antionio Arte answers, in Balkan style. The company and its products are certainly excellent, but it would be worth reviewing the customer service and the attitude towards customers, because it is beyond criticism.
Update (01.08.2026): Customer service threatened me in writing to remove this post or they would take legal action. I can confirm all the information I wrote with letters.
