I ordered a lamp. Delivery time on their website was stated to be 1-3 weeks. In reality, delivery time ended up being 7 weeks. Customer service we responsive and friendly but they couldn't help.

Bought a PH 3/2 lamp. Good price and quick delivery. I decided to add the recommended light bulb to my purchase as I wanted a full package.

The Philips bulb did not fit the lamp. It was the right fitting (E14) but the width of the bulb and the lamp was not compatible. So I had to buy another bulb, which solved the problem. I expect the "recommended" bulb to fit the lamp I buy.

We already ordered from Jensen's two times- PH5 and Lighpoint Stripe. The price for both was cheapest on the market. They have a very good choice of variants (colors, sizes, ...) and still remain cheap compared to competition. Delivery time was super short - ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday morning. Both came in original packaging from the producer + additional protection. We will be coming back for more lamps and can highly recommend them.

Jeg købte en væglampe og fik den leveret indenfor de forventede to dage til nærmeste GLS pakkeshop,
Desværre mistede jeg en af de fire specielle skruer til at montere lampen, da jeg forsøgte at hænge den op på væggen. Jeg ringede til Jensen Company for at høre om de havde nogen reservedele til deres varer, og en meget venlig og hjælpsom dame tog en skrue fra en udstillingsvare og sendte den til mig så jeg havde den næste dag!
Det er denne slags fantastiske kundeservice som man ikke ser så ofte når man handler online, og jeg er meget taknemlig for den gode service jeg fik fra Jensen Company.Jeg kan uforbeholdent anbefale at handle i deres butik.

I bought a wall lamp and had it delivered within the expected time of 2 days to the nearby GLS shop.
Unfortunately, while mounting the lamp to the wall, I managed to lose one of the four special black screws that the lamp came with. I called Jensen Company to hear if they had any spare parts, and a very nice lady took a screw from one of the lamps on display and mailed it to me. I had it the next day! This is the kind of customer service that you don't see too often when internet shopping, and Jensen Company has my sincere thanks for the great support provided. I can fully recommend buying from their online shop.

I have not bought many things from Jensen, but been in there many times and all I can say is that I have always been greeted with cheerful smiles and great service. If more places would share this same warmth they greet you with and help they provide, they would also strive for excellence.
