I want to update my review. The product did not arrive, and for this reason, I expressed my disappointment. However, I must say that the guyys has been truly professional and kind. Despite it not being their responsibility but rather that of the postal service, they have resent the product to me free of charge. Thank you very much.

I had broken my work keyboard's key and found macreplacementkeys on the internet. Unfortunately, I didn't order with a tracking number and my item got lost in the shipment process. Thankfully, they offered a new replacement with a tracking number to help me out without any payment!

I looked at their testimonials and knew they had good customer service but didn't know that they were this serious! Such a great customer experience. I'd suggest anyone who is doubting to work with them to see the service they provide.

I've ordered two keys and a removal tool. The keys were what I've ordered. But the removal tool wasn't included in the package. And since I had to pay an additional 10€ customs fee it made no sense to try to get the cheap tool I've already payed for. So I've used a guitar pick instead.

Ordered replacement macbook pro keys - items were delivered quickly (less than 5 working days), the order items were very good quality.

I had a few questions on how to fit the items and they were happy to send me links to the videos which were very informative.

One of the arrow keys on my mac was stiff and I damaged the clasp trying to fix it - I also lost the tiny silicone cap under the key with all my cleaning. Mac Replacement Keys were fantastic. I emailed them and told them about my problem and they very kindly put in the little silicone cap with my order. I'm intending to sell my laptop and this will have saved me a TON of money. I'm absolutely delighted that the key is working again - who knew that one would use the down arrow so often. Thanks again mac replacement keys! 10/10

I was quoted over 600 pounds by the Mac store to replace my keyboard on my macbook pro. All I needed was one replacement shift key. Luckily I found this website and got the job done for about 10 pounds all in.

Fast delivery, as advertised. Keys don’t come with the little support bars but when I contacted them they sent me one out because they had some laying around.
