MacGregor and MacDuff have been very helpful when we visited for the fitting of my son’s wedding. The staff are very friendly and have a vast knowledge of the garment's in the shop.
Called the shop to order another outfit for another wedding and once again vey helpful.
The quality of the outfits are superb.

I ordered a kilt pin as a present for my brother in law and managed to mess up the delivery address, entirely my fault, so I rang on the off chance the order could be amended and the team were brilliant. The service at your store in Glasgow was impeccable and the shipping was quick as well. However the packaging was not sufficient and the single thin box was torn open on arrival with the kilt partially out of the box. Fortunately the kilt was undamaged. Thanks for the great kilt!
