The team at Maats was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time helping me purchase a brand that was new to me. Ruben went above and beyond to help and chat about our different riding experiences. This was one of the best shopping experiences ever. I can’t recommend Maats enough.

Nice people, nice product and a nice atmosphere.

First, I previously had good experiences with Maats. Then I signed up for the social / pizza ride.
Came on time, chose the fun group, no-drop, 28km/h. So far so good!
Well then after 25km of 32+km/h, well… not so fun anymore.
Got dropped, did the last 30kms back alone for the pizza because I was hungry.
So if you want to do a social ride, expect all target speeds to be at least +4km/h than announced. Also no-drop really is drop. Which is fine by me but just say it.

Received great help from the shop workers and they made the time to show interest in my cycling activities. Love coming here!

Rented a road bike at Maats for a day. The time at Maats itself was perfect, the employees are all so sweet and friendly. The employees at their partner shop Chasse Patate were also very kind assisting with fitting the bike. The owner even suggested to call him directly if I needed the bike again the next day since they open later.
