m-eat! Biltong Reviews 

Paid for my box of different flavours, after a couple of weeks I contacted them again to say nothing had arrived. They apologised & blamed COVID ( even tho I ordered some more from a different company & they arrived in 2 days). They final say that it was delivered & wouldn’t refund anything even tho I received nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars I would.

As a monthly subscriber to M-eat Biltong I relished in the opportunity try all different types of Biltong. With the easily adjustable plans on the website and the affordable monthly pricing plan, it is definitely a great idea for anyone wanting biltong at a steady rate! Speaking with staff was very swift pleasant and informative when rarely needed. Would highly recommend to any carnivorous consumers! Ps my favourite is the original flavour but peri peri is definitely worth a look in!

More like scammers! I ordered two months and it was swiped from my card and then suddenly cancelled the order with no reasonable explanation and no refund! Definetly do not recommend this website

Worst company i've dealt with this year, paid a week ago and still they havent posted my order out. Excuse after excuse. This company is run by imbeciles.

The packaging looked very attractive, the taste was delicious and I felt better as I was eating healthy good quality meat. All in all a very good experience.

Super service as always. Used a few times now and the biltong and steaks are the best we’ve tasted. Live in North East and delivery has always been reliable. We will be ordering more very soon. Keep up the good work

Delivered as described and well within time expected. An easy to navigate online service and a great customer services team that worked with me on my delivery needs. The product is as described and is now integral to my training needs (triathlon). Would recommend this excellent product to anyone

I was searching for quite a while for a high quality biltong product and came across one of the M-eat stores in London. This is by far the best biltong in the market - the chilli chutney flavour is just amazing.

Not received order, customer service did reply after 2 emails and commenting on Facebook and twitter post and Google review. Have said they will refund which they have now, but if order doesn't arrive I will know they never posted it. Will update

Terrible product -inedible had to throw it all away. Poor Customer service just ignored my feedback.

What a waste of money. They charge you but never deliver the goods and even charged my card AFTER I cancelled my subscription.

I will be contacting my bank for a charge back request.

Should be reported to Trading Standards.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Worst company I’ve ever tried to deal with, amateurs, don’t own a business if you can’t run it properly...in the process of trying to recover lost money after receiving no product, will be trying trading standards or a company similar as no response to 5 emails over 4 week period, this company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Great product but service is the worst I have ever come across. Such a pity.

No customer service absolutely avoid still not received order have emailed many times and went on there face book page this so called company has no respect for customers
