We are deeply sorry for the slow response to your inquiries regarding hosting multiple domains on a single hosting plan and migrating domains from an expensive domain. We understand that these issues have caused you frustration and inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any negative experience you may have had with our customer service.
You can not add a domain that was terminated to another another hosting or Cpanel of our own. Also you said your domains are offline, yes they're offline because you did not add them to a cpanel and this is what the customer support was trying to explain to you. You said you want to add 1billion... to a new cpanel, you didn't say you want to add a new domain or if you did we are so sorry about this.
We would like to explain that our technical support team consists of individuals from various countries and backgrounds, and while we value diversity in our team, we understand that language barriers can sometimes make communication difficult (especially when you send a voice note). We assure you that we are taking steps to address this issue and improve the quality of our customer service.

I initially thought those positive reviews I read were exaggerated, but they were not. They are actually true. Lyte Hosting deserves more than a 5-Star-rating. They are extremely knowledgeable and swift in the services they render. They migrated my sites. Lyte hosting performed beyond my expectation. The company trusted me and commenced the migration even before I made payment. I paid today, they migrated my site yesterday. They also helped remove large unnecessary files that were taking up space in my storage. I have been trying to remove those files since, but as an amateur, I was scared to do so in order not to tamper with the real files. All these they did, and more at no cost.
Also, I must commend their customer care reps on their Whatsapp platform. It is like a person to person communication. You had think you are the only single customer being chatted with, whereas, there are others. Thank u o Mr.Sajjad, and thanks to all Lyte Hosting team.
Lastly, I must also commend them for creating a top up or fund your account page where you can add funds/money gradually whenever you have it. You can add as little as 7 naira, and keep adding till you have your complete monthly or annual hosting, domain or other bills. This top up/fund account feature on Lyte hosting is rare with a lot of hosting companies. I have not heard about it in any Nigerian hosting company. Also it is not common with foreign hosting companies. But, Namecheap has it though.
In summary, I love Lytehosting. I pray God gives them the strength to keep up the good work they started.
