The service was great and the servers were at 20 tps! I had changed my mind however solely for personal reasons and they honored their refund policy.

Great practices, good communication to customers affected by any issues, and excellent performance. Couldn't ask for much else!

its unironically the best hosting service I have ever used

To give context, I've been hosting Minecraft servers for about 3.5 years now. Hopped from server provider from server provider, until I started using birdflop (march 2024), until I eventually started self hosting (august 2024) because I just had the volume to make self hosting financially interesting.

I had a good amount of in house credits after I switched to self hosting, so I thought I'd use them for a discord bot. Set up the bot in a day, edited what I needed, started it, and now 17 months later, it was still running perfectly fine, without me ever logging on to the panel, or making a payment. 17 months where they simply provided a service to me, and asked for nothing in return.

I know of no other hosting provider who does this to this extent, all whilst providing actually pretty good hardware. I was very satisfied with the hardware quality when I was using it for Minecraft servers. It mattered much less for a discord bot, but the pure serviceability they offered is unparalleled. Especially considering the industry is often... shady to say the least.

You know those surveys asking you if you'd recommend a service to a colleague, and how no one actually does that. Well, birdflop is the kind of service that I feel joy in recommending to people. I just had SUCH a good experience.

Cheapest server hosting out there, and yet the specs of the servers are some of the best out there. The server panel is a bit confusing, other than that its been great.

Only hosting that is cost-friendly and provides spectacular service/support, and can run RLcraft Dregora smoothly without any lagging with world generation or unusual setbacks which is a feat if you know how much heavy the Dregora mods are. And I have tried running Dregora on many hosted servers and most of them usually have sluggish CPUs and less CPU%/Cores allocated to your server causing issues even if u fulfill 8GB server RAM requirement for Dregora. BirdFlop fixed that. Faster CPUs, ease of use server panel & smoother Minecraft experience even with heavy mods.

One of the worst hosting experiences I've ever had. Very difficult to use. Lots of unnecessary things that make it difficult to use.

Great dashboard, fantastic support, intuitive setup, and most importantly: non-profit.

Even when the worst comes to worst, Birdflop always comes out ontop, I've tried several big names like Shockbyte, Apex, Bisect, and they can't even compete with birdflop, size isn't everything, and birdflop really shows that!!!

The transparency, helpfulness, and friendliness of the Birdflop crew is the most surprising thing that has ever happened to me. Considering the frequently hostile or unfriendly atmosphere of other hosts, this was a nice change.

Not only that, but the performance vs. price ratio is amazing. I never would have thought that a server could work so well for such a low price. The uptime is phenomenal, and the server never lags, even with many players online.

Moreover, setting up and managing the server is incredibly easy thanks to their user-friendly interface and useful enhancements, such as the ability to export and import MySQL databases. The support team is always available and responds quickly to any queries or issues. They even increased my disk space when I needed it, ensuring my server runs smoothly without interruptions.

And the owner is the sweetest person I have met :) Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart from other hosting services. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable Minecraft server, I highly recommend Birdflop.

Birdflop is the best bang for your buck in my personal opinion. The payments you make are well worth it. There recently was an issue with one of their nodes and they made up for it with reimbursements.

We as clients have 24/7 access to all statistics that we would need to know like inbound and outbound network speed, the average CPU usage per node, and a lot more. The best hosting service I've been with. Prices are good, quality of their servers and their system in general is good. Great support from their Discord. Everyone are so nice.
It didn't look like I was gonna be able to get a server before the end of 2021, yet they still took time out of their day to make sure that I could get a server before the end of 2021. 10/10, would recommend.
