Lyons Bowe have been absolutely fantastic. They handled both our property sale and purchase conveyancing. Let's be honest, it's not an easy process, but thanks to these conveyancers they've made it as straight forward and easy to navigate as possible. I've always been able to get someone on the phone the explain things in simple, plain-english, and they've always been responsive to requests from all parties. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would even recommend them to my mum.

I would not recommend or advise anyone to use this company. The the start of my property sail was April. 8th. And 16weeks later. Nothing has changed. We are still stuck at the beginning. The legal team. I was assigned. Is completely useless. Again this company. Is a waste of time

I cannot thank Lauren, Rhiannon and the team enough for their patience and support with drafting my will; what should have taken weeks took over 8 months due to my personal circumstances and they shown real customer service throughout by allowing me to complete the tasks in my own time, with appropriate reminders and check ins to ensure everything was okay and that the task was not forgotten about. This was a free service and they still represented themselves successfully and a real credit to the organisation. I would not hesitate to recommend the solicitors and will ensure for any future legal matters I will contact them again; only this time making sure I offer a reasonable response time!

I recently sold a property through Lyons Bowe and they were excellent. The documentation sent out prior to the sale is slick and easy to understand. The app for house sales is great as it helps you work through a to do list of actions and shows the sale progress. All the staff I spoke to throughout the sale were great. From my initial enquiry, I was contacted the same day to start proceedings whereas other Solicitor firms didn't even respond to my initial enquiries! Would highly recommend if you want a thorough and efficient firm.
