So far so good, a great service from Dorothy and Morgan, we have moved onto the Legal team now, I am sure the great service will continue until the sale of the house has gone through.

As first‑time buyers, we were naturally nervous about the whole process, but the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything felt smooth and well‑handled, and even when the odd thing didn’t go exactly to plan, they always went out of their way to get things sorted quickly. We genuinely felt they were doing everything they could to keep things moving for us.

Most of our communication was through email, with the occasional phone call when needed. Although they don’t always answer the phone straight away, their email responses were consistently prompt, clear, and reassuring — which actually worked really well for us and kept everything on track.

Overall, we’re really grateful for how supportive and efficient they were throughout the purchase of our first home. We’d happily recommend them to anyone going through the process.

I was purchasing a house for my son and received an excellent service from the Exchange and Completion Team, in particular Abigail Gibbs. They were regularly in contact with us and ensured the exchange and completion process went through very smoothly and with no uncertainty.

Would definitely use Lyons Bowe again. Maddie Coles dealt with our completion (selling our flat and buying another property) and she was great.

The other side solicitors were awful to get hold of, but Maddie was very communicative and fought our battles well - we barely had to lift a finger. (which, from my experience, isn’t very common with other firms!)

Maddie was friendly and very helpful when paperwork etc got confusing at points. She was a friendly, warm person to have on our side through the otherwise stressful experience of buying and selling property. We felt very lucky to have her as our legal assistant!

Once we started working with our main Conveyancing partner (Liandi Lloyd) we received great advice and guidance. She was always "on the ball", prepared for our calls (when we had them) and was confident and clear all the way through the process - including helping us work through a very unexpected event, namely submitting and receiving approval for an Adverse Possession application from the Land Registry.

I used the free wills network and did it through Twams meeting. I was very nervous but Natasha was great . After Natasha answered my questions quickly and professionally with a lot of patience as I'm such a ditherer.
Ironically the problems i had wasnt with lyons bowe it was my witnesses couldnt follow instructions but its all sorted now. Now to get on with life knowing everything is in order. Many thanks!
